“The service at this East West Bank is top notch! I brought my aunt here who has been dealing with an issue for a few months now (she had gone to another branch to try to resolve this, with no luck). We explained our issue to Alyssa and she went above and beyond for us. Since we went on a Sunday, she wasn't able to fix things for us on the back-end and said she'd call us on Monday when the bank opened. She persistently tried to help us and did call as promised. Ultimately, we had to go to the branch again to fix the issue, and she ensured everything was resolved before we left. We are so thankful for Alyssa's outstanding service!”

“The toll free# at the back of my checkcard was hard to reach and I was on hold today for 45 min! So I contacted Kaitlyn at Comerica in Pleasanton. She took in my travel information, called for me immediately after and told me she took care of it. I can't tell you how grateful I am that I did not have to deal with their 1800#. The people in this branch really know the meaning of customer service. Kudos to CARA their awesome branch manager for taking the lead. I have been banking with them for a few years now and I always, always have a wonderful experience. They've seen my children grow into adults, and all my children still bank with them--Kaitlyn and Cara know each one of them personally. How nice is that?!
