“After a horrorible service at the Crow Canyon branch CA. I waited 30 minutes to renewal my CD. Frustrated and left with no service and not even acknowledge by the branch manager whom I sat next to waiting. The place wasn't crowded either I was the only one waiting for service. I know I should have scheduled an appointment but since I'm off I decided to drop by. Afterall, no sign said I must have appointment.
To my delight I found a wonderful friendly banker name Ramanika at the Santa Rita Rd branch in Pleasanton CA. She greeted me to enter the branch and right away she assisted my needs. She smart and seem knowledgeable of her job, listened exactly what my needs are and I very much appreciate her attention to details that I don't need to repleat myself. My renewal CD and few transactions done very smoothly within 5 mins. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you for all you do. Chase bank can use more people like you!”
