“I Castro Valley store is recently remodeled. The store looks great! They have a new pharmacy and the carpets have been replaced. The store looks brighter as you walk in. I immediately noticed the difference. The staff is great and very helpful.”
“After hiking at Lake Chabot I came back to a flat tire. It was about 15 minutes before the Mobil gas station opened, but the young man that was tending to gas station that morning was already there, ready to help. I tried to used the air machine initially, but the attendant found it wasn’t working, so he allowed me to back my car to the service area, to help fill my tire. We discover the tire wouldn’t hold air, and I wouldn’t make it home before it went completely flat. He asked if I had a spare and changed my tire with no hesitation and refused any compensation. Some times when your in s as bind you luck out and come across a savior, and the young man at this Mobil was mine, and I will forever be thankful for his assistance and impeccable service.”

“I've been coming to this gas station for years. And it deserves four stars, almost giving it a five-star rating if it wasn't for the fact that the the ground needs to be cleaned. A little power wash once in a while wouldn't hurt. Unfortunately I won't be returning until they keep the grounds cleaned. I'll update my review if they turn this aspect around.That being said. Everything else in the gas station is very clean. And I love the fact that they keep the landscaping really nice. Some gas stations don't keep up their landscaping or have landscaping at all so thank you for keeping it very nice and presentable! And for a Chevron they have the best gas prices! They also have a good size mini-mart.”
“Great place to shop and is very convenient. The staff is great, helpful and friendly. Also, shopping at “CVS” could save you a lot of bucks. With the “ EXTRA BUCK CARE” and other coupons that you could use on your purchases items.”

“The owner is such a nice hardworking man. Gas prices are one of the lowest in town. Super clean, with a great snack selection! I use to live down the street, it was my neighborhood store. Sadly it's not anymore now that I have moved, yet I still make a point to go even though it's a bit out of my way.”
“Gas is cheaper here than in my local area. The quality is good and when I fill up it last almost 1 week when I stay local. The only downside is sometimes their credit card machine on the gas pump will say, "see cashier" if it's late. Go back the next day or 2 and no problem which is strange. This happened to another customer. I had to use debit.”
“The cashier working at around 6:45pm on 6/2/21 was an absolute sweetheart. I'm a but down on my luck and he patiently helped me count out my change and truly went above and beyond with his customer service.”

“My favorite place to stop for gas and fresh coffee. They have one of the most freshly baked cookies everyday! The staff is very honest, friendly and helping. Once I forgot my $1 change and the cashier especially came outside to give my change. I would definitely recommend this place!!”

“This place has the lowest gas prices in the area. I will stop for gas whenever I'm in the area and have 1/2 tank or less. It's hidden and it's not easy to pull into the 4 pumps (yup, that's all there are) due to the angle of the traffic lane at the pumps in relation to the driveway. I have never been inside the Quik Stop Store and this review is strictly limited to the getting of gas, only. Today, the price was $3.579 and that's for cash or credit card. I've never had a problem here other than having to wait a bit because there are only 4 pumps. But, it's not as bad as waiting at COSTCO on a busy day! Jim”
“Spoke with Jorge pharmacy tech. Super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Jorge literally saved the day by going above and beyond and helped me tremendously especially what transpired the day before, (a mess) with the previous employees that wasn't so helpful. He literally cleaned up their mess and did an amazing job. Hats off to Jorge.”

“Excellent, excellent customer service. The nice lady who was working was stocking the coffee area. Although she wasn't at the front register, she was very attentive and could hear as customers were walking in. As I proceeded to the drink machines she looked up and greeted me and smiled. I came here after having the worst experience at 9:30am at the location at 24476 Mission Blvd where the guy is literally a piece of s****”
