“The staff here is great, especially James! He was able to salvage my frustrating experience of trying to replace my phone via Verizon online. I won’t get into it, but long story short, I decided to go in after not receiving my phone for a week, and James was able to get me a solution that had me out of there with a new phone in about 30 minutes. Great customer service. Next time I need to figure out something with Verizon, I’ll just handle it in person. It would have saved me hours!”
