“Yeah so I called in to get an estimate to install a screen protector for my pixel 10 pro XL, he was so nice and generous and offer to install the screen protector for free, one time. I went over and he did just that and did not ask for no payment. This is by far the best, honest and person I have dealt with in a long time. Will do business again for sure. Thanks again a lot!”

“The staff here is great, especially James! He was able to salvage my frustrating experience of trying to replace my phone via Verizon online. I won’t get into it, but long story short, I decided to go in after not receiving my phone for a week, and James was able to get me a solution that had me out of there with a new phone in about 30 minutes. Great customer service. Next time I need to figure out something with Verizon, I’ll just handle it in person. It would have saved me hours!”
“I had a great experience when I came in to transfer my number from my past phone carrier to T-Mobile. Alondra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the process, as well as John and Jade. Thank you for making the process— extremely easy and for helping me understand how the entire process worked. I would like to recognize these 3 employees for their amazing service. Thank you for everything!”
