“Ann the morning front deck lady was so kind and pleasant. She was very helpful with information and directions. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future. I would like to make one request. Almond milk, I am diaryfree and soyfree. So it was difficult to eat quite a bit of food items. The hard boiled eggs were a treat. Thank you.

“The Residence Inn Modesto North has been hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had at hotel. Everything from the room amenities to the wonderful patio and restaurant was great. I was fortunate enough to be helped by everyone from servers to ownership and was treated like family. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Rooms: Rooms are very clean and have ever amenity you could want.
Safety: Nice part of town and property is very clean.
Food and drinks: The cafe and bar area were fantastic!”

“I had a fantastic stay at the conveniently located Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Despite ongoing construction, the hotel remained peaceful and clean. The breakfast and meeting area was well-maintained and pleasant. While the breakfast offered was standard for a hotel, it was a nice amenity to have.
The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I extend my gratitude to the hotel for providing such a pleasant experience. Thank you!”

Rooms: Room was clean, roomy. Bluetooth enabled TV so I could easily connect to my streaming service. Room had everything I could want. Even the hall carpets were clean and new looking.”
“Came out here to visit my friend and requested the wheelchair accessible room since my friend is disabled. It's probably the best room she has stayed in. People don't realize how hard it is to find a good hotel for handicapped folks so this was great. The location is IDEAL! Most things are walking distance. In n Out Burger, Sizzlers, Target, TJMaxx, gas station and much more. I like places that have things near by in the event you don't have a car which we did not. The staff here was so nice. Shout out to Victoria for making our check in process easy and pleasant. This place also offers breakfast in the morning and it doesn't disappoint. Eggs, bacon or sausage, bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, oatmeal... I mean, hello. The hotel is also quiet. When I return to visit my friend, we definitely plan to stay here again.”

“Actually a pretty good spot especially for the price alto if you ride a long board be aware they leave black water hoses in the driveway sometimes and when it's night time you can't see it and if you know anything about skating you know you can't really go over everything any ways I've hyperextend my knee lucky I didn't crack my head open or sue doubt there was even any cameras where the hose was. I'm sure it wasnt on purpose accidents happen..”

“I was pleasant surprised by this hotel and glad I stayed here. My company has an office nearby so I can randomly chose it and didn’t expect much, but it was clean and spacious.
The beds were comfortable and the sheets felt crisp, plus the water pressure was excellent. I’m weird about water pressure so that was definitely a plus. I know people complained about noise but it didn’t bother me and I slept well. It’s also 5 minutes away from everything in Turlock.
The breakfast isn’t great, but it’s a Best Western by the highway so it’s fine for what it is and there are a number of Starbucks within 2 miles. Additionally, the woman at the front desk was great and I parked right outside my room.”

“This place isn't the Hilton. It's cozy and the owners are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They have run this motel for many many years and I recommend this motel for those who don't need the spoils of today's accommodations. It's more for a quick night's rest when you're traveling and just need a little rest . The place is alright. I like the owners . They are very cool especially the wife.”

“The place is locked down tight. FeeIs safe. The Wifi signal is weak at best. The morning coffee is consistently very good. Housekeeping is through and polite and the place is very clean. And I stayed there for two weeks and never had any issues with management, even though I lost my key several times, I was always given a new one without question or attitude. The rooms were comfortable and the price was competitive. I'll stay here again.”
“The price with out having to use credit card was worth it and room was clean .. your lucky you get a tiny bar of soap no a days . I would stay again .Rooms: Comfy bed clean ,could update pillows kinda flat.Walkability: Many food places close by to walk to if need to ,Dennys, IHOP, jack in the box, taco place .Noteworthy details: Either bring own bathroom goods or ask front desk if they supply any and no coffee pot in rooms so might ask front desk ..”

“I've stayed here twice, it's a nice hotel on the inside, rooms are clean, neve had issues with the actual room. Tvs always work, water is hot, and there is good pressure. Complimentary water bottles for silver, gold, and diamond members. Warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in. ?My biggest complaint is with the location, there isn't an on-site parking lot u less you valet. The parking garage is across the street, so if you are traveling alone and have bags, you have to cross the street with your bags. Each time I have come it's raining, so I have to take my things and wait to cross the street in the rain. It's very inconvenient.There is also a train that passes pretty frequently right near the hotel, I am a light sleeper, so at night, I was woken up by the train horn several times, and it is LOUD.Staff is nice, the restaurant on site is good, I hope for more vegan options in the future but there is enough to work with, room service is great also. There are restaurants, theaters, and coffee shops nearby within walking distance if it's not raining.”

“Sweet location. Lots of eateries around. Homeless are around so there’s a bit of a urine smell. Parking spaces are a bit of a tight squeeze! Other than this, I enjoyed the room for a night and LOVED the overall location. Also, the woman at the front desk had GREAT customer service!!”
“Staying here at the Modesto Hotel. The rooms aren't terrible looks like it was freshly remodeled not too long ago. Always our old looking same with Lobby. If I would give it a rating I would put it as a a 8/10. Air conditioner unit looks a little old sounds old super loud. Depending on what side your room's at the road noise could be really bad. And if you're sleeping during the day like me it could be bad. I checked for bugs so far nothing besides the normal fly. If I find one I will update. Room smelled pretty nasty when I walked in moldy musty smell type. I got a disinfected spray can and sprayed everywhere a little better. It's also a good location next door There Is In and Out Burgers Olive Garden black bear and a couple markets nearby all totally walkable. Lot of cats running around and homeless camping out in the corner of the hotel here but that's everywhere in CaliforniaWalkability: Very close walkable distance to In-N-Out Burger Olive Garden black bear couple markets nearby. Great location”
