“I had a good experience taking my car over to Cerritos Toyota. Claudia was very friendly and super helpful. It felt like a pleasant personalized experience.
Only downside I’d say was in regards to the waiting area. It felt a little run down and there wasn’t enough tables to work from (one table top was not secure so you couldn’t set anything on top without it tilting a lot). Also, one of the main seating areas nearest the bathrooms smelled like bathroom cleaning supplies. It smelled very strong and I opted to sit outside.”

“We stopped by Norm Reeves Hyundai on the way to the Genesis lot as our GPS took us to the wrong location as Genesis moved about 2 months ago. We drove in and I asked for Nate who worked at Genesis and Trey told me about the move. What a kind and professional individual. Trey explained that they moved and gave us directions to the Genesis lot. We took the time to look at a fes used cars on the lot with an eye out for BMW or Lexus emblems. Trey even brought out some cold water as it was a bit warm on the lot. This man knows how to treat people and has a skill set that is commendable.
