Only downside I’d say was in regards to the waiting area. It felt a little run down and there wasn’t enough tables to work from (one table top was not secure so you couldn’t set anything on top without it tilting a lot). Also, one of the main seating areas nearest the bathrooms smelled like bathroom cleaning supplies. It smelled very strong and I opted to sit outside.”

He kept me updated every step of the way and even chased down my adjuster to ensure my deductible was covered when it wasn't initially processed. “Top notch service! I spent thousands of dollars in just the last few months at an (anonymous) Chevy dealer, trying to get my car fixed with a code 95 which would cause my car not to start leaving me, my wife and baby stranded week after week. Same problem would occur over and over again, (code 95) I was having nightmares of this damn code 95. I trusted Chevy to fix my issue but the problem would not go away. Time and time again being stranded with this damn code 95 I thought I was losing my mind. Frustrating at it was I was recommended to take it to GMC Cerritos which they found my issues ( busted fuse block) which is why my car was not starting causing code 95 to haunt my nightmares. They got me back on the road in less than a week. Wish I would have gone there sooner I literally could have saved over a thousand dollars. Lesson learned.”

We drove in and I asked for Nate who worked at Genesis and Trey told me about the move. What a kind and professional individual. Trey explained that they moved and gave us directions to the Genesis lot. We took the time to look at a fes used cars on the lot with an eye out for BMW or Lexus emblems.
