“In the store it is very organized. The only drawback is that there is a person at the door who gives you an explanation of the store. The truth is, I always trust you here and I don't want to be forcibly detained at the entrance. It would be better if I opened the door for you. It would be more correct.”
“BR has elevated from their yesteryears to a luxury brand and it shows in their collections quality, their stores, staff and management. This move may not have sat well with a lot of their former customers who built their wardrobe from their famous sales and markdowns and their more flexible return policy. They cater to a more refined and luxury shopper that is fine with shopping outside of the sale rack. This in turn has the staff do well with their high end clients and not so with the bargain hunters and habitual returners that expects to take back a worn garment or past the date of the return policy. The retail return policy has changed everywhere in the last few years due to abuse of the privilege by some. Stores don't HAVE to take anything back but they do as a courtesy but within a reasonable limit. This particular store has a fantastic management and staff that are well experienced in unparalleled client services for a new type of client and they don't compromise their high quality image when faced with the outlet store customer shipping for affordable work clothes. BR is not the most affordable for many. If you can't afford it, if you return everything you buy then go to Old Navy, H&M Nordstrom Rack, or similar. This is my favorite BR store location because it's being run by an equally luxurious management like Jason D and staff.”

“So I've been waiting for Debra W's response. I'm a "Karen watcher" and I was behind her in line. What she failed to mention, is how she removed all the tags from the clothing. ALSO she failed to mention how she called the manager a little b**** before she left. She bought all the clothing on Black Friday as well. Let's just stop and realize that this woman attacked the appearance of the girl who helped her. Gross. It's 2023, we don't do that. Karen's have no place in our society, we don't behave that way. So Debra, if you're seeing this..please learn how to act. You were wrong. Take the loss. Everyone has a job to do, and that girl was just doing what her training told her to do. Do better, be better. Your behavior and attitude was just subpar at best.”

“One of the best stores in this mall. Super nice inside with a clean and easy to browse layout. Employees are very helpful in finding me just what I needed for a gift. Love to see that it is a family run business as well; I met the owner and his son and they were very kind.
I love their assortment of sneakers and clothing, they typically have some really unique items and are much more fairly priced than other stores I've seen in this mall..

“WOW!! Let me start by saying I have not shopped at Express in a long time. But today I did have to go because my son needed a suit for a wedding. Since he s still a teenager and growing, I didn't want to go to a store with a high price ticket. I walked around for about ten minutes without a greeting or anyone offering to help me, which really upset me. I feel that the days of customer service are dying. That was until a gentleman came up and asked if there was anything he could help me out with. I told him Yes! I needed a suit for my son, and he replied, " Well, I am the right guy for the job. He asked for my name, introduced himself as Marlon, and said I will be helping out today. He then asked me what the occasion was and what size I needed. I told him I was unsure. I told Marlon my son was trying on a shirt in the fitting room. When he saw my son, he quickly grabbed a blue suit jacket and told him to try it on. It's your size. To my surprise, it was, and it fit perfectly. Marlon then explained the suit's details and why my son felt discomfort around the arm. I can say with all my confidence that no one has ever taken the time and care that he gave us regarding clothing. He could answer any questions or doubts I had and provide me with peace of mind. I walked into Express intending to buy a suit, only to be disappointed by the lack of attention these associates have. If it were not for Marlon assisting us and allowing us to feel welcomed and eager to help, I would not be here giving Express a five-star review. These are stars well earned by him, And I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a suit or excellent customer service to ask for Marlon! I sometimes shop at South Coast Plaza since it's closer, but Cerritos, you've earned a returning customer! PS. To the Cerritos store manager, please give Marlon a raise or promotion. He deserves it!”
“I love this store so many cute clothes for boys and girls. I feel like it might be the best store in Cerritos mall. Let me give you a scenario, so you're shopping with your best friend and her kid . You're officially done. She still has a bunch more to go. Take the kid and go into Cotton on for kids . Park in front of the TV. Pull up a little wooden chair and watch Shrek. Don't worry, the employees are on board with This activity. If the tv is not playing, they will go to the back and put it on for you. By the time your friends back You've already found five things you have to buy for her son. Excellent way to get rest , distract the kid and shop at the same time. #5StarCottonOnForKids.”
“Despite the review on here from a year ago these reviews seem outdated. When I walked in two weeks ago the service was exceptional. A staff member attended me immediately, helped to find my size in a jacket in their new collection, to get a fitting room, and even to look at some watches and take them out even though they did not have the color selection I wanted for a specific style of watch. Their new red shirts are really cool and the denim jackets with a detachable button hoodie. Simple details matter. They were friendly, the place was super clean and organized, and their clothes are stylish. They even informed me of their store specials. I will be buying from Armani Exchange in the future and this brand because of how good they represented the store.”
“I have been coming to this Zara for over 4 years already. Based on how long I have attended there all my experiences have been amazing and no complaints. I can say that I have been to this Zara at least 200+ times. The atmosphere of this Zara is welcoming, when shopping I feel comfortable and safe at all times. For every time I have attended I have never witnessed for experienced any sort of complaint. Physically this Zara is always organized and clean making my shopping experience amazing and easy every time. As well as the atmosphere Zara’s employees are kind, formal, and respectful at all times also making my experience comforting. Other than the atmosphere and employees, Zara clothes is impeccable. The styles, colors, and textures of the Zara’s clothes is high quality and every fashionable. “I shopped here for my daughter's jeans over the weekend. No wait in line outside nor inside. My daughter found the jeans that she was looking for. I took advantage of the buy 1 pair of jeans get the 2nd one 1/2 off. I've been shopping here for my daughter's clothes for years & all garments have held up fine. The prices are steep & it's best to take advantage of the sales. Regular price for a torn up pair of jeans is $60 & about $35 for a shirt. If I knew then what I know now, I would've saved my 1980's & 1990's jeans for my daughter ;). Apparently, it cost a lot more these days for torn jeans;)”
“I went to Los Cerritos Center. Everyone was nice and professional. It looks like the previous notes I'm reading must be from another place. I had help from the employees, and did not have a problem with the merchandise. Don't complain if you don't have the funds to buy what you can't afford. I rather see my merchandise than purchase on-line and not know if I'm getting the real thing. I will continue to buy my shoes here!”

“I cannot remember the cashier but her ID number is there. She was so sweet and courteous. She went above and beyond her call of duty to assist me with my purchase. She had no problem looking up my account and told me I had points to utilize. Most cashiers never tell me about my points or anything.. I would return to this location anytime. Even if it means going out my way to come back to the customer service they provided..”
