Customer service is fine but when i tried paying using paypal, manager said they dont take it unless its tap while it clearly shows on the front register they are accepting paypal.

I visit the JD store in Cerritos mall and was helped by an employee named Mose. I feel he provided theeee best customer service. When I came in, I was greeted, he helped me find a shoe that I was looking for and he helped with an online order.
