“Super store for all children's clothing, gifts, fun items. Just looooved the selection! Super cute items, quality brands, good prices! The young woman working was so pleasant and professional and helpful! The only comment....I purchased an item as a gift.....super cute item....at time of sale I was surprised that the item is wrapped in tissue and then placed in an ugly blue colored PLASTIC bag! I know it may seem trivial.....but a simple white PAPER handle bag with the logo on it would have been so much nicer!! I detest plastic bags...and I want it to be special when I give the gift....I will place it in another PAPER bag and tell my friend all about the shop...”

“This Tilly's is by far the friendliest and most helpful location that I have ever visited. The employees are very people oriented and more than willing to go above and beyond. On my visit today I was helped by Lilian on the floor when I was struggling to look for a specific item and was given the best answer for what I needed. They took their time to give me the best information so that I could make the proper decision on my purchase. As I got to the register, I was greeted by Lily who had great, positive energy and great customer service. My trip today couldn't have gone any smoother. The location owner is very lucky to have a solid, hardworking team!”

Wow I'm impressed. An old fashion department store with a great new look and real salespeople who want to help you. I just moved here from southern California in December, trying to get away from SoCal Costa Mesa. where shopping had become a nightmare and working in the shopping mall was impossible. I asked questions and got pleasant well-informed answers. I purchased and i took my time and shopped a little more and made another purchase. and actually enjoyed myself, your merchandise was merchandised beautifully and great quality for Chico. I will be back, and next time I may check out the mall.
