“ATM MAchine ON LEFT SIDE NOT RECORDING DEPOSITS 100%
Facts : Diamond Bar branch on the corner of Grand and Diamond Bar - I made a cash deposit of $800.00 on May 4 at about 5:55am the atm on the left side in the entrance lobby. After taking my cash deposit the machine timed out on me after showing my the bills I deposited.and reseted itself but didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t complete my $800.00 deposit. I called their resolution team immediately and was told i need to wait 10 -90 days for them to complete an investigation. This branch atm is experimenting with live customers. I have notice it is slow and the user interface is worst than before. What happened to improving it not making it worst. I have since gone to another Citibank to make deposits and noticed they have the original UI, so not all Citibanks are upgrading to the new unstable UI. I was told to ask for a provisional temporary fund until they conclude their investigation. Their Response : 10 - 90 So i asked them ( customer support) what happens if that money was for rent or credit card bills or utilities bills ? Who pays the late fee . They said you will have to work that out yourself. Their machine is faulty , they caused the inconvenience and its my fault for making the deposit ? Brand manager just smiled at me saying call the customer support on the back of the card , i can’t help you. I have been banking here for over 15 years both personal and business. Its not the first time nor the second time i have experienced this behavior from this branch. Maybe its the culture there. If you treat your customers rude they don’t have to work as hard as long as you have other customers that are making larger deposits. I know it makes no sense. I do my best to not go inside and make my deposits at the atm instead . If only this bank was not on my way to work ( so convenient) . Perhaps its time to try the other 3 banks in the same plaza. Its been over a week and still no provisional funding on the account. Why can’t they just count the money that day ?

“Love having Arrowhead Credit Union so close to home with this new location since I've been with them since 2010. Staff is very helpful and friendly as I expected with ACU. The office is a tiny bit tricky to find since it's at the rear corner of a large building. Hopefully this location will grow and move to the front of the building.”

“This is the first time I found out that this bank exists in Walnut. It's a very small bank located at the very end corner of a Korean business center at Brea Canyon Rd. The employees, all ladies, are very nice and friendly, greeting everyone who steps inside the bank (in Korean), and not forgetting to say "thank you" when their customers are leaving. We came here twice to open new accounts. Mrs. Kim was very helpful and detailed, though she did not talk much in English. Still, she, together with others, make us feel welcomed. It's a nice local bank, convenient with a Korean supermarket next door for some grocery shopping. It doesn't have many offers for investments, but its employees sure give their utmost care and service.”

I have been visiting this location for many years, and the reason I always come back is because of Rick, the manager. He is extremely professional, always welcoming, and brings great energy to this branch. The entire team here reflects his leadership.

In my opinion, Rick deserves to be working at the main corporate office of U.S. Bank. Although he is the manager of this branch, his skills and professionalism are at a level far beyond that. He treats customers and employees with respect, and he always knows exactly what is happening in his branch.

As a business owner myself, I wish I had managers like Rick. God bless him, and thank you.”
