In my opinion, Rick deserves to be working at the main corporate office of U.S. Bank. Although he is the manager of this branch, his skills and professionalism are at a level far beyond that. “This is the first time I found out that this bank exists in Walnut. It's a very small bank located at the very end corner of a Korean business center at Brea Canyon Rd. The employees, all ladies, are very nice and friendly, greeting everyone who steps inside the bank (in Korean), and not forgetting to say "thank you" when their customers are leaving. We came here twice to open new accounts. Mrs. Kim was very helpful and detailed, though she did not talk much in English. Still, she, together with others, make us feel welcomed. It's a nice local bank, convenient with a Korean supermarket next door for some grocery shopping. It doesn't have many offers for investments, but its employees sure give their utmost care and service.”
