“I had a great experience at this UPS Store and wanted to share it, especially since I noticed some of the reviews here are negative.
Just before coming to this location, I went to a different UPS Store where they laminated my document, but unfortunately the text came out blurry and hard to read. I decided to try this location instead, and I’m so glad I did.
The gentleman who helped me was incredibly attentive and professional. He made sure I was completely happy with the print quality before laminating it, and he asked thoughtful questions along the way to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. That level of care really stood out to me.
Overall, I was very pleased with the service. He truly went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this location to others.”

“Every time I come in I’m always greeted and welcomed. When I have a question, the owner is a blessing to help me. Music is nice and pleasant, thank you for all you do and it’s always clean there. Chloe assisted me with the package, and patiently she attended me for the whole time.
It was busy during the time I was there.
I give the ups store a good review because they all go out of the way and the hard work cos attending the customer keep it up with the nice attitude and excellent customer service.”

“Reliable delivery. Convenient location inside Albertsons. It was pretty busy on Monday at 12pm. $28 for ground shipping my package to Indiana. There were customers doing passport photos and picking up packages from mailboxes. Paper shredding is available for a fee.”

“Shipped internationally to mexico Sonny was amazing! Assisted me from the boxing to the address to making sure my package was on it's correct route ! At some point my box reached its destination and was on hold due to holidays and he was able to look into it and kept me updated until my package was delivered to my loved ones! “I've had my office with Pine Executive office for over two years. The inside building is well decorated and clean. It also has plenty parking spaces. The staff is attentive and friendly always willing to help. Jazmine has been extremely helpful and she is the best on-site manager I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.”

“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”

“I was there before opening, the counter agent was professional and opened on time. The process was painless (well almost, 5 boxes weighing 5-7 lbs = $306) But had an early flight to catch and this store was the only one open early and close to the airport. Appreciate that!!”

“I read the reviews and was hesitant, but I was very pleased with the service. My hazmat appt was scheduled for tuesday but I was in the area and stopped to see if could do it a day earlier, they were more then accommodating. There were two people in front of me but they still worked me in and by time my turn came was quick.”

“Cannot recommend this store higher, but I would if I could! I do not know the name of the gentleman that assisted me, but he had his cutie pup Jojo guarding his side.
Came in and processed a quick return. It was a bit of a line but I was in and out in well under 5 minutes nonetheless. Some stores charge you for label printing or even TAPE! But I was surprised there was no charge.
I will be back for all my shipping needs from here on out!”

“Been coming here for about two years now and use them for sending packages out, notarizing and holding packages so they don’t get stolen from my doorstep while I’m away. I use them probably 1-2 times a month and have never had a qualm. Parking is kind of tight and can be a pain sometimes but it’s not a deal breaker.”
“Very friendly staff and usually more than one at the counter to take on customers so I've never really had to wait long. They take packages from USPS, UPS, and Fedex so when I have multiple carriers to drop-off they make a good one-stop shop.”
