“My 1st visit and 1st purchase here in harbor freight tools and this location/branch is by far the best customer service experience ? the guy at the floor that helped me find tools was fast , easy & accurate.
Also the lady at cashier (Salvador on my receipt) was really friendly and accurate with helping out on my coupons ?

“I was frustrated when I learned that I needed a valid California drivers license to rent their equipment. I had reserved & paid over the phone, but still didn’t know about the Ca dl thing. I had a work around & everything was fine ( I ultimately know this was my fault ). The staff in the office & in the yard were professional & very helpful. I definitely recommend renting from them & will rent again when I need more equipment. Special thanks to manager Jason !!”

“Had a horrible experience at Home Depot in Carmichael off Madison. Should have stayed loyal since we've been coming to Lowes since we bought our house 3 years ago. We've had to make multiple online pickup orders, returns, and exchanges through the last few years during our projects and never had a single issue. We make one order at Home Depot and it's been non-stop issue after issue (if you want to see that drama, see my review for the Carmichael location). They employees here are friendlier and more knowledgable about what they sell. We shared laughs at the paint counter over our shade debocle and they not once seemed annoyed with us continously coming back.”

I was so grateful to meet the one and only Miller himself and let me tell you, that young man is very smart and truly enjoys the relationships he has and excited to create more. The entire staff makes everyone feel like family and their product knowledge is above and beyond other big chain places. Their prices were the same, if not better, than other big corp places so between the family feel, great prices, and pro level instruction from experienced staff I’m actually looking forward to my next project like the dreaded annual sprinkler repairs before spring, I’m not dreading it anymore with Miller’s Ace as my place.”
