Rob and Devil Dog are high quality good people and have been more than kind and helpful to me.It’s an experience to go to the shop and if you haven’t been, go!! The first time I walked into the shop, Rob dropped what he was doing and gave me a tour and showed me around and answered all my questions.They do what they say they will do which is rare these days unfortunately.Devil dog is always available to answer any questions as well and knows his stuff.He put a great edge on my 187DP.The Medford Pro shop is amazing and the knife lounge is a lot of fun.I love supporting businesses like this owned by Americans that sell USA made products.Go and bring your friends!!!Kyle”

“In my previous experiences with Mikes Bikes in Folsom, they go above and beyond my expectations. My wife had dropped her bike during one of our nearby rides, that resulted in a bent rear derailleur mount. Not only did they straighten it out and get it shifting properly, they also checked for any available Di2 updates while they were working on the bike. All of this was done while we waited and they didn't charge us a dime. They fixed us up and got us back on the road right away. I appreciate them completely and will share my experiences with them to anyone that will listen.”

You can tell me I'm lying to you and you can't give me a military discount, even though the past 6 times I've shopped here (this week!) & every clerk has given it to me. I understand, even if I don't like it. But don't try to charge me more the posted price of the thing I'm buying, it's not legal. I wouldn't have a problem w it, honest mistake & all, but not apologizing & acting like you are doing me a favor to charge me the posted price is just bad customer service. I am giving a 5 star review because maybe I caught you on a bad day. You work in customer service. Maybe remember that.”
