I decided to contact Upscale Audio and informed them of what I was looking for. They immediately responded and put me in contact with an associate, Richard, who would help me. The next day he reached out and I explained to him what I was looking for, my music preferences and my budget. He listened carefully and provided me with recommendations tailored to my exact preferences. I received my new Rega Planar 6 with the Hana EL cartridge and phonostage and all I can say is WOW! The package arrived quickly and carefully calibrated with instructions of how to easily set it up. More impressive, when I needed support for a specific setup Richard was there and helped me resolve it. I am looking forward continuing my audio upgrade journey with Upscale as their service and support is incredible! They’re amazing!”

“I was lucky enough to meet David as I was looking for someone able to handle an electric drainage problem which was killing my battery on a 2003 MB C320 6cyl. 2 shops had told me it was the battery and alternator which was wrong. I took it to David the owner and asked what he thought. He said he would run tests. He started right away and called me about 3 hours later. He had finally found the issue (he is also an experienced European car guy) and was ready to start. He figured 3-4 hrs to do the "work around". Called me after 2 hours stating "its ready". He knew I needed it to meet client and get a contract signed and made the special effort. Since he fixed it, the car running so much smoother and never has any issues on starting. FYI my agents dad had one exactly the same and never could get it fixed after 5 different shops worked on it. He finally gave it away for parts. Thank you David!!!!! “Make Jay CEO of target. Best worker out there. I wanted the new Princess Peach game n he went out of his way to look for it even tho they were out of stock. He then gave us some different locations that had them in stock. It doesn’t end here. HE THEN tells us that target was selling princess peach cups and I didn’t even know about this (peach is my fav). Ended up getting the cup.”
“I can't say enough about how good the customer service was when contacting Antop! I recently put a metal roof on my house which caused my TV antenna to stop working. I sent the company an email with a couple of my questions and got an immediate reply. The Antop agent located (approximate) my house from my phone number and told me how to aim the antenna and how far the transmission towers are from me.During our correspondence the agent sent me two more very comprehensive emails. I now can clearly pick up 109 TV stations.A great company with a great product!”
