“I have now gotten a total of three birthday balloon bouquets here, with latex lasting for a good 5 days while the mylars are still floating almost a whole month and a half later! I had the pleasure of working with James twice this year. He did my son's graduation lawn sign and a friend's memorial board. He went above and beyond and worked on the project himself before he had the weekend off in under 24 hours. “I ordered a banner online for an upcoming advertisement campaign. I was leery to do this but I went thru with it. I rather talk to someone about materials and have graphics proofed before final product is printed.
Received a call from local store saying that banner is done. Next day picked it up.
Banner looks very good. I made the mistake of thinking one of the images would come out ok. I could've increased the pixel rate to make it better.
2 things that bother me a little...1 is that there are 5 gromets on top but only 2 at the bottom. And the material seems a bit cheesy i.e. thin and of poor material for an outside sign, which is what I ordered.
I do not know if these concerns I mentioned is normal or not. Paid $200 for this and thought the quality would be better. I will go to the Fed Ex/Kinkos store in Davis and ask the staff.”

“I drive from Roseville to do all my shipping out of this Mail ‘n More. Ashley is the absolute best of anyone I’ve ever used anywhere. And I’ve used many different shipping outlets in the US and abroad. She knows her stuff, she’s super nice, she cares about her customers. I would not trust an international shipment to anyone else. Pretty rare to find this level of service today. I’d drive from Roseville just to absorb her infectious enthusiasm and kindness. She’s a rock star. Thank you Ashley!”
“Closed from 12-1 for lunch. If you have a large print project they prefer if you submit the project in through the website first and then pick up. They were nice enough to accommodate me on the spot though. Minus one star because they need to do a better job at advertising their hours (here or on their website) especially when they're closed for lunch. Had to dig for that info through an irate customer review and a very pixelated far away shot from the front door, where they have their hours posted.”

“Employees at UPS store #4507 are always greeting you with a smile, they are patient and helpful. I drive far from my house to use that store, because the UPS store near my residence is awful. Employees are rude, speak very fast, never smile, they are not helpful, etc. I love going to store #4507 in Sacramento instead. A big shout out to all the staff there. Thank you for providing a great service and going above and beyond with a smile”

“Stopped by the UPS Store at Delta Shores to drop off a few Amazon returns, and it ended up being one of those errands that just went smoothly from start to finish. The store itself was super clean and organized, and when I walked in there were no lines -- always a small win when you're just trying to run in and out. The woman working the counter was friendly and efficient, so the whole process moved quickly. One thing I really appreciated was the Amazon return station. Everything was stocked and ready to go, including printer paper in the label printer. That might sound like a small detail, but I've been to a few UPS stores where the printer is out of paper or not working, so it makes a big difference when you're trying to get in and out. Parking at Delta Shores is also easy, which makes this location really convenient for quick stops. Helpful tip: if you're doing Amazon returns and want a fast, hassle-free experience, this is a great location to use.”
