Danieli was so patient with them and answered all their questions with such clarity. I was very impressed by her ability to maintain such a high level of patience and enthusiasm! We did however have an awkward experience with the manager Julio. Danieli and previous bankers informed us that CD accounts can be renewed via phone. Julio condescendingly stated she was wrong in front of us and it was very awkward. We all knew what Julio stated was not true but we didn’t say anything. Danieli maintained the utmost respect and did not argue at all. Although it became awkward, she did not miss a beat in maintaining such a positive and enthusiastic attitude all throughout the rest of our meeting!”
