“Great prices on everything, helpful staff, some items are junk but most of it will get the job done and costs 1/10th the price of big box stores. 10 years of wrenching and still haven't broken a tool yet.”
“Vern at Ganahl lumber is the man! I have an old craftsman home with shiplap siding that was impossible for me to find.
Prior attempts to find it at Home Depot and Ganahl were fruitless as no one wanted to assist and associates at both stores would just brush you off and say they didn’t have it or know what I was talking about.
Vern on the other hand busted out this binder of special shapes of siding and said he could order it and have it to me in a few days. Vern didn’t just stop there, he stayed in contact as the order was placed, received and ready for pick up. Five star all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“I had a very pleasant experience working with Bree at the Corona office, very kind and professional. She was very helpful, efficient and courteous providing me with immediate assistance which resulted as a great experience. Thank you again Bree for your help.”
“My go to for all of my company safety supplies and tools. I love this place. Their staff is real helpful and friendly. Been coming here for years. I recommend this place to anyone in Construction.”
“During the renovation of my kitchen, Lowe's was my go-to place for a variety of supplies. It was easy to buy what I needed - either in store or online and picked it up in store. Staff here are great!”
“Had trouble locating a Hessaire portable swamp cooler in store. 3 associates gave me 3 different locations to look where it might be.
While looking in the 3rd location, Mitchell offered his assistance. This was definitely
the right person as he was able to locate it
when others couldn't.
I could tell Mitchell is one of those people
that has the customer in mind first and foremost. I really appreciate that kind of service.”
“Gabe helped us out big time on some dutch doors and frames. Everything went smooth on the install which almost never happens and the customer service that Gabe provided is hard to match. This guy is on it. You wont be disappointed so, hit him up!”
“Left so happy! I went into Home Depot last night and was there for over an hour and they couldn't find a screw that I needed. Today I came into Ace and showed Jay the screw I needed and he was able to find a match very quick. He was a very kind and helpful man.”

“Let's start with, this is a Home Depot. It's mostly a place for visitors looking for something for their home, be that for DIY projects, plumbing, restoration, appliances...you name it. Customer service only really counts when you've got a question or looking for something specific, and when you're at the registers to check-out. So, it's a pretty straightforward place for your home needs. As for this location. I've been here maybe a handful of times, and have done pick-ups for online orders and those were a breeze. The store itself also has a good stock of products, from big, small, to ginormous items (need lumber, anyone?). A recent walkthrough of this store, I saw staff everywhere, from the paint sections to all the other aisles. They're just helping customers, or stocking items. They don't bother you unless you wanna bother them! So if you just wanna browse around here, or maybe even get in your daily steps (it's a huge place so you definitey can!), you won't get any person asking you questions. On my last visit, I was also looking to see if they had any recycling programs for packaging materials, but they unfortunately do not. They do, however, have the standard recyling bins out front for used batteries, shopping bags, and and light bulbs. Good to know! I do hope someday they'll include packaging material recycling, since many of us purchase things from online...and we have tons of shipping materials. Anyway, a little sad about that, but, the staff that helped and spoke with me were super friendly and gave me the info I needed. In all, an expected Home Depot, no fuss and you'll likely find what you need here. Parking is pretty good here, too, just watch out for the big trailers and trucks, as they can take up 2-3 spots sometimes.”
“I was running late and gave them a call to see if they could stay a little longer past their closing time. They did and im a very happy customer. Highly recommended.”
“I wouldn't mind shopping here again. Although sometimes it is beyond hard to find help from an employee as either they don't have any on the floor always busy . I suggest that you look up the item You're looking for and you can go on their site and look up It's location and the aisle number.”

“Went to Ferguson's for a specific part my husband needed for the sink. Since this is the first time I have been here, and I have no clue where anything would be, I waited for the person at the cash register to help. I didn't get his name, but he was super nice and helped me find the product my husband needed. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on the item, but the guy offered a replacement product that was similar but it wouldn't work for the sink we had. I appreciate the time he took to help me and I went to another Ferguson's and they had the part and I didn't need to ask anyone since I knew where it was from this Ferguson's. Will be back for my plumbing needs!”
“A BIG SHOUT OUT TO: Trina, Manny and Chloe!Trina was great! this is what "Customer Care" is all about! WE homeowners or anyone who's purchasing items from small to big at Home Depot, still want and deserve great Customer Care and it should be that way with a smile! It makes for a great buying day! Trina even remembered us from a previous day and what our need was and so we ordered what we needed!(I will also be doing the HD survey too)Thankyou!!!”
“I miss the reduction in staff. Long time staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Training seems lacking in new staff. Seems reduction in inventory also. But still the go to place for household repairs.”
“Went to praxair down the street, been going there for over five years and was paying around $20 for a 20 pound co2 tank. Came in recently and they said there's been a price increase and instead of what I've been paying for five years they wanted to charge me $62. I told them to f*ck off. Praxair is a rip off! I came to air gas as suggested by a praxair employee(just sad)and I paid $30 for a 20 pound tank. They increased their prices too but they couldn't understand why praxair was so expensive when I told them. Air gas is now my new supplier. Sucks for Praxair they lost a customer and will loose many more charging those ridiculous prices. Also! Air Gas is so fast! I was in and out in 5 minutes. Praxair would always take forever, their systems are old as sh*t and it always took me 25 to 30 minutes even though I was the only customer in the store. F*CK PRAXAIR! ALL HALE AIR GAS!!!”
“If you can't find it anywhere, they probably have it on the shelf. Weekend projects revolve around figuring out what I need before they close. The only thing they could do better is extend weekend hours.”
