“We bought a refrigerator, and we have a Tesla, so there was no way we would bring the refrigerator home in Tesla, so we went to Home Depot to rent a truck from them. It was easy; the only thing you need is your driver's license and your proof of insurance credit card, and you're good. people were highly courteous and showed me the truck. They don't give you any tie-downs or dollies, so make sure you have that arranged before, but overall, the experience was good within two hours. We returned the truck after the delivery. It cost us around 50 bucks, which is not bad. Glad to support my local stores.”
“I love this place!! They can be pricey on some things, but the selection is incredible. They have a huge selection of hardware that I can guarantee you won't find anywhere else. Tools that you would otherwise have to order online and wait for, plumbing, electrical, rigging, cleaning, safety, welding, machining, and a ton other stuff is what you can find here. I've been going to their stores since I was a kid abd there's a reason I keep going back.”

“I've been a customer for several years here and their other locations. If they don't have what you're looking for, it probably doesn't exist.
They're a little pricey compared to the big box volume stores, but if you only wanted one screw instead of a box of a hundred, they'll sell it to you, it's quality.”

“sometimes the sales here are so good, it makes me wonder if this stuff was stolen. 2 pack of Milwaukee 6ah high output batteries for $100. no other vendor has ever even come close to that price. this is just one example. i bought lots of cool stuff herenever had my order cancelled. some other vendors list "deals" hold the money for a week then cancel a whole bunch of orders. never seen it happen here”

“I just want to thank Marina, Liz, and the assistant manager Maria, for their help today with a return and situation that would have been a nightmare. When an honest mistake by another cashier caused a return to become more complicated than we thought, they all came together to figure out how best to help us. My mother and I have been through a lot this past year, and I could post a huge sob story, but this avoided adding another small catastrophe to the list.

“I live in Corona and regularly shop at the following Harbor Freight locations: (Corona, Riverside, and Jurupa Valley). I would rate each location from (1-10) based on customer service:
Riverside location: 10/10
Corona location: 8/10
Jurupa Valley location: 7/10
The Riverside location has the best customer service. It is very organized, and the shelves are always stocked. The manager, whose name I don’t know is great, and Roberta always provides excellent customer service.

“I needed a part to repair my push lawn mower that I couldn't find at the big box stores. I brought in the old part and within 5 minutes had a replacement at an extremely fair price. Even showed me the length compared when he brought it out ( important ).The shop has everything you could need or want from parts such as a throttle cable like I needed to chainsaw chain & blades, plus new equipment. They also offer service for repairs. Nice people too. I've found my new go to for lawn equipment repair as this place is phenomenal!! Centrally located near Tyler Mall which is convenient ❤️❤️”

“I recently purchased a Duromax XP15000HXT. It came as promised. I connected a small propaned tank and it started on the 2nd try. After it ran for about 2 hours it began to surge. That was becaused it was cold outside and the propane tank had frozen up. I shut it down and moved it back inside. 3 days later I had decided to finish the break-in period with gasoline until I got larger propane tanks. It tried to start but, immediately stopped. I tried this several times with no luck. I then reconnected the propane tank which naturally had thawed out by then. Same results, it would try to start but, immediately "stumble" and stop and the battery was getting low. I connected a charger to the battery and then I called Duromax service and left a message for them to call me back. While waiting about 20 minutes I decided to go and try it again. Immediately it started and ran on the propane. Then I switched it over to gasoline, waited a few minutes and then I tried again and it immediately started and ran on the gasoline. About 2 hours later I got a call from a representative. After I explained it all he told me that when I change fuels it may take a little time for the electronics to change over. Perhaps I over reacted a little at first but, we have a large Winter storm approaching and most likely we will lose power. Anyway, bottom line is I think it should be put in the instructions or some kind of notice that when the unit is switched from gasoline to propane it may take a little time for the electronics to switch over. However, I am very pleased they returned my call so suddenly.”

“Krystal at Dunn-Edwards went above and beyond for us! She took us in last minute as a color advisor and somehow managed to create a rendering of our house and select paint colors all within a day. She absolutely did not have to do that, especially with such short notice, but she made it happen anyway.
Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. The colors she chose turned out fantastic and made the whole experience stress-free and exciting.

“This is a Home Depot’s, Home Depot. It is stocked. It’s professional and everyone here is doing something. It’s out of the way for me, and I’m talking about myself here. I go pick up my material. I got my little dog. Everyone loves her.
This isn’t that kind of store. This is where the actual contractors go. If you as a person thought. I want to build a deck. I have no clue how. I promise if you stood in deck screws or treated lumber sections and asked anyone. Literally anyone walking by, man women or child. Employee. 50 year old. 19 year old. Tha will be able to help you in some way. If I found out this is one of the higher volume locations I would t be surprised.
All the employees I over heard talking knew what they were talking about and what the stuff in their location was for and how to use it. When I called to double check they were quick to help. Incredible store. While it’s not my local stop, I have no problem driving the extra 20 minutes to this location.”
