“I loved living in Mesa Pines, but unfortunately had to move for work. I lived here for about 1 year. Great location near the 405 and a lot of restaurants, yet still a quiet complex. There is also a short walking trail that leads to a park which is quite nice. All the residents are nice and the apartment manager Dora is great. Much cheaper than any comparable apartments, while also being a very great place to live. I highly recommend renting here.”

“Lived in this amazing community for years with my partner and no complaints besides having to move out for my next chapter in life. It’s really a little community where I know my neighbors, always safe, and clean. +Lee & Raul rock always responsive and say hi when out and about.
Pros:
Modern place, responsive maintenance, quiet, plenty of street parking, location location.
Cons:
Spa is not always hot & no bike racks/parking/storage.”

“I stayed at Park Mesa Villas for 4 years. Great location very close to freeway and South Coast Plaza. I’d have to say that this is the best management staff I’ve experienced. Jake, Lucero and Luis were great! Any maintenance requests were taken cared of immediately and any complaints with other tenants especially the weed smoking from the tenants below were dealt with swiftly. I can’t begin to say how thankful I am for making my stay as pleasant as possible! They are a great team of property and leasing managers. We own investment property and the owners of Park Mesa are very fortunate have these dedicated professionals! Thanks Jake, Lucero and Luis!”

“I love this place. My building had some bad neighbors, but it takes time, they get gone. Personally love the employees, know and respect them all. Nice and quiet if you're not facing the street. There is a fire Department on the East side. I've been living here for five years.”

“Former resident but commenting on a recent experience I had with management. I had accidentally sent an expensive package here by mistake. Chris in management was responsive and really helpful. He answered my calls and even helped me carry 150lbs my package inside. I think this amount of helpfulness was beyond my expectations and tells me this place has come a long way.”

“Let me tell you - My fiancé and I have been living here for 4 years now and we have zero complaints! All the amenities are very clean and pretty much always available to use with no disruption. Comfortable, quiet and clean units. Walk in shower, in unit washing and dryer machine and the kitchen are all brand new and never had any problems with anything. Simple and clean. Our unit is on the 1st floor which is above the garage, so we never had any bug problems as other apt. complexes have to complain about.

The staff here at the complex has changed a couple of times since I have been here but every single one of them have accommodated my asks with no hesitation. They are always there if you needed something.

To the staff - Melissa, Brittany, Sal and Anthony - You four have been the most amazing team to make our living experience the absolute best. Melisa and Brittany will answer any questions you have with a pretty good response time. Sal and Anthony - you guys are amazing with the upkeep of the property making sure everything is always running smoothly.

Paula and I thank you guys for making our living experience the absolute best. If we weren't purchasing a home we for sure would have made our stay here a lot longer but it's time to grow up and buy a house.

“Honestly love living here. I moved here 7 months ago. The neighbors are kind and courteous. We all stay to ourselves but still keep an eye on one another's apartments. The outside paint color is way outdated and ugly. It's an old building. But, the maintenance crew keeps it clean and tidy. They even mop the long hallways on all three floors. The manager is pretty tough herself. She takes no crap from anyone and runs things very tightly. She can be rude at times, but honestly, in the long run, it pays off. Of course, there's things I could make a scene about, but at the end of the day, if you are looking for a quite, relaxing, neighbor friendly complex, this is it. I plan to be here for a while and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. As long as you pay your rent on time, abide by the rules, you're good to go. No guest parking is makes parking for guests hard, but I feel that's what keeps it from becoming a party town. Don't park in a spot that is not yours cause she will tow it with no hesitation. It may not be the OC fancy looking, but it satisfies my living needs and that's all that matters.”

I had been on the hunt for days and once I spoke with Jason, came to Camden Martinique , I knew that I was finally home. Jason made my experience so wonderful and delightful.
