“Today, in the hustle and bustle of getting ready to host a Thanksgiving dinner for 40 of my family members, I went to Stater Brothers to buy my groceries. because I was so preoccupied. I left a 4 pound tri-tip in my shopping cart in the parking lot of Stater brothers. I went back an hour later. Spoke to the manager and asked if anyone had returned my tri-tip. She asked around and no one had returned it.I was fully prepared to purchase another one when the manager told me to go ahead and pick one out and take it. So while it's annoying that someone took some thing that they didn't pay for. My faith in humanity was renewed by this manager working on Wednesday, 11/22!!!! I don't get your name but you made my day!!!!”

“I was on my way to a Birthday Party and the Host asked me to buy fried chicken. It was my first time in the store. I went to the Deli with the woman with the nicest smile helped me and asked the guy in back to cook 24 fresh Thighs and Drumsticks. Wow , I was super impressed. Friendly service and the Fried Chicken was freshly cooked and the Birthday man loved the chicken at his party. It made me look good. The Fried chicken So fresh and tasty. The store looked fully stocked and clean. What a pleasant experience. Thank you. Will be sure to come back.”

“With soaring gas prices, this Arco still manages to be competitive in the market. Some folks are gasoline snobs, I've always used Arco premium 91 gas on all my vehicles that required premium gas and never had any issues. The higher quality gas definitely keeps my cars running great. My last vehicle lived on Arco gas for nearly 18yrs.For years, Arco only took Debit Cards at the pump with a $0.35 service fee. As of last year, they now take Credit Cards. Credit Cards result in higher gas prices (about $0.10/gal on average) if used. Bring Cash to bypass the $0.35 service fee or jacked up Credit Card fee for deeper savings.It's pretty convenient off the freeway and the staff here are usually very nice. I'd say the only issue would be the transients that frequent this area, but to be honest, it's kinda part of life these days. All in all, I continue to come here for convenience.”

“I'm shocked to see some of these bad reviews! I've been banking with WellsFargo for 15 years and have always received great customer service. I've been coming to this specific branch for over 10 years because it's down the street from me and the worst thing I've ever experienced is just a crazy long line. I always recommend this branch to friends who live in the area. I'm consistently greeted and/or acknowledged and I'm usually in and out fairly quickly. The only hiccup to today's visit was with the drive-thru atm around 8am. It had run out of $20's so I pulled out and back in to park to walk up to the atm machine near the entrance. I will continue to return to this branch as I've never had a bad experience in the past.”

“I had a huge a credit card problem with this bank. There was a glitch in the Wells Fargo app and It caused me to accidentally make additional payments on my Wells Fargo credit card through a different bank account. Because of these extra payments my checking account became negative and had insufficient funds for everyday use. To make a confusing story short, Wells Fargo put a hold out on my credit card and was not allowing me to use it. There were many back and forth conversations with the credit card department trying to figure out a solution. I eventually went into the branch in Costa Mesa and spoke to Francisco. He seemed to be the only person who was able to provide me with a solution to this complicated credit card issue. With in 10 minutes I had the funds available I needed while the company continues to research what happened and how they can fix it. Thanks for your help Francisco! You're the man.”
