“This is one of the larger TJs I've been to, which means the selection is large. However, the layout is a bit confusing. Most other locations have the animal products near the home goods like paper towels. This one has them across the store from each other, which makes them difficult to locate.”

“I am a new mom to 4 which includes newborn twins! Being newly enrolled in the WIC program I had no idea how it worked or where to go. Nutrition baby is such a wonderful store with the Owner Dima & staff sarah helping me navigate what to get my fast growing family. They have helped me to my car each time & even held babies while I make space in the car. The store has great products & even a play section for my children to have fun while I get the groceries. I am very grateful for this store & the staff. I hope other moms are able to visit!!”
“The best Mexican market in the area and possibly the happiest place in the neighborhood besides the parks and beaches. Excellent selection, friendly, helpful & adorable staff and definitely the best place to grab chilies, avocados, tomatillos, key limes, tropical fruits & tortillas (the BEST!). Also super handy for basic household stuff like tp ????. As an aside they play the most festive music and the vibe is ????????”

It is a pretty small location, it is also a store! There are so many good Mexican products. The employees are very nice & patient.”

“This review is for the seafood/butcher station. Sunday I went in to get some fish and the clerk made sure I got the freshest salmon cuts I could get. He was very friendly and even went to the back and front freezer to check if he could get a better piece for me (I didn't even ask or realize). Anyways, he a real one (didn't catch his name).”

“I do love the convenience of coming to this drive thru Alta dena. However my last few visits their fridges weren’t completely closed. Luckily not for the dairy products but still! “Today, in the hustle and bustle of getting ready to host a Thanksgiving dinner for 40 of my family members, I went to Stater Brothers to buy my groceries. because I was so preoccupied. I left a 4 pound tri-tip in my shopping cart in the parking lot of Stater brothers. I went back an hour later. Spoke to the manager and asked if anyone had returned my tri-tip. She asked around and no one had returned it.I was fully prepared to purchase another one when the manager told me to go ahead and pick one out and take it. So while it's annoying that someone took some thing that they didn't pay for. My faith in humanity was renewed by this manager working on Wednesday, 11/22!!!! I don't get your name but you made my day!!!!”

“I was shopping at Whole Foods doing their grocery pickup every single for the last 2 years. Finally fed up with high costs I decided to try out Sprouts grocery pickup. OMG let me tell you about Debbie. She is a god send and the most wonderful person I have ever met. She makes me feel like we have known each other forever. She shops my groceries with the absolute best attention. To be honest if Debbie leaves Sprouts I will be leaving as well and going back to Whole Foods. Because of Debbie I do grocery pickup every week with her. Debbie if you are reading this, my family and I are forever grateful to you and we LOVE YOU!”

“Wild some of the other weird 1 star reviews. It's smart n final. They are not a normal grocer so don't take coupons like Albertsons or vons. This one is a bulk and Grocer so has some smaller quantities but it's still a restaurant supplier in general store. Asking for discounts: half off, 20% etc is weird. No one does this. Also the stories about employees on here is bizarre. This is a great smart n final. Employees are great. I shop here weekly and have never had a negative experience.”
“This particular Sprouts location is central to many of my favorite places and things in Costa Mesa. For example, across the street is Santa Monica Seafood. Sometimes, we buy freshly cooked cocktail shrimp, only to discover that we need lemons. Guess where we go? Then, there's Shirley's Bagels, also across the street, near Sidecar Donuts, and the incomparable Hi-Time Wine Cellars, only an alleyway away. My goodness, the 17th Street corridor is ripe with great establishments. Which leads me to assess years' worth of visits to this smaller than most stores, but no less equal. Produce is always great here, and we picked up some nuts in the shell, too, for the holidays. It's always worth a glance at the meat deli, and they're never short of good tea selections either. Small, but complete. Just be careful pulling into parking spots nearest the entrance. One unfortunate lady wrecked her vehicle's undercarriage, pulling too far over the concrete stop bar.”

“I was on my way to a Birthday Party and the Host asked me to buy fried chicken. It was my first time in the store. I went to the Deli with the woman with the nicest smile helped me and asked the guy in back to cook 24 fresh Thighs and Drumsticks. Wow , I was super impressed. Friendly service and the Fried Chicken was freshly cooked and the Birthday man loved the chicken at his party. It made me look good. The Fried chicken So fresh and tasty. The store looked fully stocked and clean. What a pleasant experience. Thank you. Will be sure to come back.”
