“It's a very busy bank, but productive. My only concern is the parking. They don't seem to have enough parking for everyone. However, they are a great bank and have friendly staff. I am a Vietnam Vet and Gulf War Vet. I appreciate the bank teller Jorelle for her immense support, patience and support towards U.S. Army Vets and for helping me with online banking. She deserves a raise for sure. My only suggestion is that they should structure the line while people wait, perhaps make it a zig zag line to fit more people in the building.”

“I've always been impressed with RCU (their fraud department is quick to recognize a potential bad charge and they take the experience of getting your credit card number stolen down from pure panic to a mild annoyance because of how easy they make the process of disputing the charge and getting you a new card).
I'm here though writing this review for this particular branch--I went in on Saturday morning to deposit some rolled coins, and Kenneth assisted me. While I was there, he mentioned an account I could open that would earn more than the sitting money was currently accruing, and once I agreed that sounded great, he set it all up for me. It was free to do. He really went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate his advice and help. Thank you again for the amazing service!”

“I wish I could write a review about anything and not be limited to only the places that appear on Google Maps because I could write some really cool reviews about things like my nephew's birthday party in the park. All sorts of review-worthy events occurred during that one! Or the time I was watching my favorite commercial, and I laughed so hard that I started sneezing and couldn't stop for like 3 minutes. It was super intense. Instead, I'm writing a review about this Exchange Bank branch in Santa Rosa. They have a solid 3.3 stars that they average from 12 online reviewers. Some people just complain about something so that they feel heard, like the folks that left one star. What's up with that. I guess giving one star provides some relief and comfort for them. And if that's all it takes, then have at it friends. I support you. But remember that the fine folks at this bank branch need a little support as well. And what better way to provide that than to give a good review and at least four stars for their effort and professionalism, as well as their interest rates and their loan packages, including mortgages and bond certificates. Plus, they are located on the main square where everything is possible and nothing is out of the question, especially a safe-deposit box.”

I'm from out of the area but told my family to change banks and go to Chase and ask for Marilyn. I usually don't leave many reviews other than for hôtel stays but felt that she should be recognized.”
