“They really did some upgrade work to the exterior of the building, and the end result is a beautiful facade that really blends in well with, and augments, the downtown Santa Rosa landscape. The head architect in charge of the renovations must have put together a beautiful presentation in order to earn the right to put their stamp of approval on this project. Additionally, the related blueprints that were approved by upper level management to allow the project to move forward really must have struck a chord with the decision-makers. They have a shaded parking lot that is monitored by a security guard. He's doing a wonderful job every day that he has a shift. I think he took a picture of me for his files, so that's satisfying and illustrious. Luther Burbank was a superior gardener, and he cultivated a wide assortment of beautiful flora for all to enjoy. Soak it up, Santa Rosa!”

“I made an appt to go into Wells Fargo as it appears that a deposit I made wasn't credited to my acct. I ended up with some time, so I went in a day early, it was 2:30 p.m. on a Thursday so I went into the bank and inquired. The man behind the counter and one helping a customer at a desk had their masks below their nose. I just learned I have asthma and cannot be around improperly masked business personnel. He told me they were booked for the rest of the day (at 2:30 ?) they couldn't look to see where THEY MAY HAVE MADE AN ERROR IN MY ACCOUNT? WOW! I wasn't rude, I did say I could only meet with someone properly masked. I think they're great because they are so blatantly unprofessional. If I rated them poorly, you MIGHT be able to find my review IF YOU LOOKED REAL HARD. Course this review might end up lost in space anyway.”

“Just opened an account there today (7-13-18) and all I can think of is "I should have done it sooner". Marcos Estrada was very informative and easy to talk to. He explained the basics of the account and the online features. My temp debit card (which I really need asap) was available and ready for use (tested already) right away. Nyeli, one of their managers is very friendly and very accomodating as well. I was in and out in under an hour (incliding setting up online/app features) and it was a very positive friendly experience. This bank is also conveniently located inside Safeway so you can shop, rent from Redbox, and do your banking in one drive. Convenience is important and very welcomed but their friendly and welcoming attitude is a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.”
