“We had a fantastic experience buying our new bed. We worked with the store manager, Ben Dooley, who is just a great customer-centered salesperson. He's a perfect combination of being low-key, attentive and helpful all at the same time. Ben took the time to listen to what my husband and I both wanted in a mattress. He asked about some things we hadn't thought of. He spent a huge amount of time with us. We never felt pressured or like we were running out his shot clock. He understands and is straightforward about the pros and cons of his stock relative to our preferences, based on his knowledge and the feedback he's gotten from customers. He made us feel like he wanted to be sure he sold us the right bed for us. Our bed arrived today. The first thing we did after a "test drive" was call Ben to thank him for guiding us to the best bed we've ever had.”

“I had an injury and was unable to get in or out of bed without assistance or pain. It occurred to me that I might try a recliner but was unable to locate one to rent. So I decided that I'd better buy one and called Thomas Homes, which is right down the street. I spoke to Art, who assured me they had several models and he was there when my husband and I arrived 15 minutes later. He was terrific: he was experienced and very patient with us and explained the advantages of the various models. We made our selection and in less than 30 minutes Art and Logan, from the warehouse, were at our house to assess the access and an hour after that the chair was in place and I was lying down. The entire process - from my initial phone call to having the chair operable in our living room was under 2 hours. The next day Art called to verify that all was well. Wow. It's so nice to shop where there's real customer service. And it's a terrific chair. And it was on sale.”

“I bought a Kozy Heat insert back in 2022, thru On Fire. Staff answered all my questions, and set up delivery and provided several options for installation. We chose to use Scott Poulson Plumbing. He confirmed the size fireplace that would suit our needs, returned on the appointed date. Poulson will return to service, clean your fireplace for a reasonable price. When we had an issue, 2 years later he returned and promptly took care of the issue. on time, professional. I would highly recommend Scott Poulson Plumbing install your fireplace.”
“Take Heritage to another level. Clean it up. Get rid of the debris, weeds and junk especially around fence lines bordering residential homes. Remove the boneyard and playground as they attract the debris. Showcase the premium.”

“I had a great experience buying a bookcase here. They were friendly and helpful, but also have me room to think when I needed it. They have some of the best options in town for solid wood bookcases. Most shops don’t have them anymore. The price was reasonable for the quality. If you want a more modern look, you can head next door. Delivery was cheap compared to other furniture stores and it came when they said it would.”

The couple that owns the store both spent a lot of time looking for a fabric that would work with the rug we brought in. When we went to the counter to order I noticed their bar stools. They were exactly what I'd been looking for and were about half the price of others I'd looked at. They have all been delivered and we couldn't be happier with our purchases.”

I had gone to Ashley furniture originally and had such a bad experience and as soon as I walked in my spirits were lifted.
