A Gentle Touch Grooming
925 3rd St, Crescent CityThey did a great job she removed the dead hair from my golden retriever and preserved the beautiful feathers. My Norwegian Elkhound she removed all the dead undercoat and she looks beautiful. Her prices are reasonable too. The owner was awesome working with me as I described what I needed for grooming to get the desired results. This was my first experience with a groomer in a long time but I’m happy with her work.

Pet Care

Crescent Animal Medical Center
1590 Northcrest Dr, Crescent CityAt this Thanksgiving time we felt compelled to comment on Doc. We've been visiting Dr. Mark since he came to Crescent City 15 yrs. ago. He's a friend after this length of time! We can always count on him to help with our fur babies: from being newbies to death, he's been there for us. We are truly GRATEFUL and want him to know it! He is more busy than ever with there being only 2 Vet's left in town. He can't give the clients as much gabbing time due to this fact, he is just so weighed down with so many pets needing help. We appreciate any time he can give. Just want people to know he's not being rude or anything like that: he's marvelous, he's just swamped and I think he figures its more important to give more pets needed care than spend time gabbing with owners. It's cool. We understand and are sooo grateful!!!!!
Thanks Doc!

All Creatures Animal Hospital & Bird Clinic
1380 Northcrest Dr, Crescent CityWe are traveling and are 3,000 miles away from home. Our pup was not acting right and we knew something was wrong. We showed up at opening and they did an emergency drop off appointment for us. They were able to ease our mind about one main concern and provided some meds and food to help our pup. The visit didn't break the bank and all the employees were kind and the doctor left a detailed voicemail explaining everything to us (we didn't have cell service). A written script was provided for her food and they've offered to send us an email script if further meds are needed for her condition until we can get home. When asked if they could email her records to our Home Vet if needed, they said no problem. Thank you All Creatures Staff and Dr. Wood, you guys are awesome!

Art's BBQ
132 E Washington Blvd, Crescent CityWe came back from Oklahoma City to eat this. Like in a 4-day trip, we came here twice.
Generous portions, delicious bbq, and friendly service! There’s not a lot of seating inside. We usually take it to go and eat it overlooking Pebble Beach just down the road.
Our compliments to Art!

Enoteca
960 3rd St, Crescent CityLike many before me, I was traveling and was staying overnight in Crescent city and looking for a good place to watch a football game. The Best Western hotel where I was staying recommended this place. I’m glad they did. The timing was perfect. There had been an electrical problem with all the televisions dark, however, that was cleared up just minutes before the beginning of the game I had hoped to watch. The bar, tender, Charles was the best! Friendly personable, and right on the money for all of the customers and myself.
With 35 beers on tap, you’re sure to find what your looking for as well as a wide variety of bottle and canned beers. The establishment was in the final process of getting their liquor license, so they’ll be spirits available later. Perhaps by New Year’s Eve! There’s a big party going on there on New Year’s Eve 2025/26. I went on a Thursday night and it was trivia night when I arrived at 5pm, they were serving a small crowd of customers, but by 6:30 PM the place was packed. It was trivia night and it was fun. There were cash prices, Hey! And I found out that there is live music on Friday and Saturday night. And if you come on Monday night, they have motorcycle Monday, which gives you discounts on beer if you come in on your motorcycle. Like I said Charles was the best and the manager was super friendly and I was able to snag some swag in the most unusual manner. Thanks Charles! I would highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for a nice place to hang out on your travels.
Local and lively! Thanks guys

Dutch Bros Coffee
560 L St, Crescent CityThey've always been very friendly people, very respectful people and they've always been quick on their feet. Quick to ask what I need and tell me all the flavors to me off the tops of their head which is insane cuz there's a lot of flavors. Lot of things you can do and they're coming out with more and they're going to have to remember that too. My God!

Port O'Pints Brewing Co.
1215 Northcrest Dr, Crescent City“Forest Moon beer “ caught my attention and Bar Manager Sean offered insights to the earthy full flavored profile. It’s as if I was able to experience playing in the damp mossy redwood forest in my glass. I especially appreciated the low alcohol level without sacrificing flavor like other lighter brews. Jade is the sweetest Kareoke Mistress of Ceremonies! Great vibe fun folks… awesome Irish Nachos too❤️

Chipotle Mexican Grill
895 L St, Crescent CityWorkers were all very nice. The person who made the food asked me and my husband if everything looked okay which was very nice and no worker has ever asked us that before.
The manager working was very nice and came over the explain the new garlic sauce they have.
The person at checkout was also very patient and kind.
Not sure if it’s because I’m from New York so I’m just used to mean people who are in a rush but very nice experience here.
Food was as expected it’s chipotle and very good portions and clean.
Would come back if in the area!
