She was expecting at the very least a patch but it turns out her tire pressure was just low on all four and the nail that she thought she had run over hadn't punctured the tire. “Best mechanic in the whole Santa Monica. Family owned and operated. Very kind owner. I came to him two times. First for a transmission fluid change and then for motor mounts on my 2010 Volkswagen. He did it in 3 hours, I didn’t even have to wait for the parts to arrive.
Other places quoted me 500$+ or some even twice as much. He did it cheaper, better and faster. Also I had a bubble on my wheel and didn’t have enough money to fix it. So he gave me even a better price so that I could fix it at the other shop.
When I was calling other places they couldn’t even quote me. This place - awesome. I will be definitely coming back for such a welcoming visit”

FYI, it's a very difficult job and the fuel tank has to be completely removed, I researched it and they are true technicians not random mechanics!Fair price. Job completed to perfection. My truck is not serviceable through a computer diagnostic system so you have to know your stuff to work on it.Now they have my business for my Tahoe as well.I'll never need to look for a automotive technician again. I came in for a new tire after a flat, and, to make a long story short, after another tire company I went to first had made a big mistake with my wheel. Westside was super patient, professional, and communicative in figuring out the fix. “Frost Automotive is the best mechanic shop I've ever used; they were my service station of choice for a number of years, doing everything from oil changes to things like brake work and replacing struts and shocks. I've since moved but have yet to find a mechanic as good as Dave and his son. They're honest, friendly, they care about your car, have fair prices and do quality work. They don't nickel and dime you on every little thing like a lot of places do, and they always had good communication on what things cost and whether you want the work done. Still looking for a place to match them but I doubt I'll find one.”
“When our 1997 BMW Z3 failed its smog test, our regular mechanic suggested Swiss Motors for specialized work. Swiss Motors knew the car well, found a replacement part, and installed it expertly. Plus they located hubcap covers, fixed our airbag light, and even washed the car! They are foreign-car specialists but I think they could fix anything. They are also very warm, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.”

I like very much that they are a family run local business , and we trust them and support this, rather than going to a more cold experience at Pep Boys. It’s been over 20 years that we have this association , and we have seen the shop pass from father to son, that is valuable to us in terms of them knowing our cars . “I've had great experience with Rony's Car Pro. I trust them to be fair and honest. I've worked with Jeff, He has always been professional. Jeff has always gotten back to me when he says he is going to. The key word here is "Trust". It's difficult to trust someone, when you have no idea about their profession, like a dentist, a doctor, a lawyer, ect., you hope they are being fair and honest with you. I can fix my cars I’m just in a place where I’m to exhausted even thinking about doing it that I’ll pay a fair price for the labor and I can use my time other ways. So yeah it takes me 5 minutes to know if someone is dishonest and trying to rip you off. Gone to these guys several times and just more impressed every time with who they are.”
“So hard to find an honest mechanic these days. I took my daughter’s car there because the brakes were making a grinding noise. Weird since they never squealed but definitely sounded like we were into the rotors. Dropped off her car expecting a big bill. Javier called me and said my pads were at 70% and rotors are fine. Problem was that car her sits outside parked for 1-2 months while she is off to college so the rotors are rusting a bit. He said to drive it a few days and the pads will wear the rust off. He was 100% right. He could have fleeced me for $1200 but he didn’t. Respect! Love seeing businesses practice the Golden Rule.”

“Atshan (the owner) was super easy to work with and most importantly he was super honest. I brought my Maserati there because I had an oil leak and the dealership was saying it would cost thousands of dollars (which I thought was uninformed)… But it turned out just to be a plug screw that was not fitted very well and Atshan Diagnosed it quickly, solved it and charged me accordingly. It’s hard to find really honest and knowledgeable mechanics so I’m happy that I found this business”
