“Eduardo, Bhuvan, Mackenzie and Angel at the front desk are all AMAZING! They truly understand what excellent customer service is all about and they genuinely care about all the guests staying at this hotel. My mom & I stayed in Room 506 from March 22 to March 24 and the team here made sure our stay was flawless from the minute we arrived. The rooms here are absolutely beautiful and the complimentary daily breakfast buffet has an amazing variety of delicious choices. The fitness center and swimming pool are top notch. We are looking forward to staying at this stunning hotel again in the near future because of the outstanding level of customer service experience we had and we know we will be taken care of by the amazing staff at the Hyatt House San Jose / Cupertino.”
“Excellent Hotel in Cupertino area.Service is good and personnel are polite. If traveling on business, this is good option to stay at the area.I have had good experience so far at this hotel.”
“This location was very convenient for some business meetings I had scheduled. The location was excellent, in particular because we were traveling with some others that were part of a different hotel chain loyalty club, which happens to share a parking lot.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of parking around the hotel. Check-in and out was easy and staff was friendly and professional. Definitely everything you'd expect from a Courtyard. Recommended.”

“The best choice I made when planning our small team meeting location and hotel was choosing The Juniper. The team was super responsive and very helpful from start to finish. We held a catered dinner on location and it was perfect. The food was yummy and the room was really pretty and perfect. Would 100% plan and work with the Juniper crew again. LOVED everything!”
“We chose this hotel randomly because we were driving to the Bay Area. We had a lovely stay in a spotless room with large spacious areas for bathroom and entry. Bed area was roomy enough and had two large windows to view the lovely trees and hills outside. The laundry service on our floor was very useful and quick to wash and dry our clothes before flying home. The entire area near the hotel is loaded with restaurants and stores. It would have been perfect if we had more time. Two nights here was not enough. We did day trips to the redwoods and monarch sanctuary from here. Came back and had some fresh food from the Whole Foods very close by. Target is across the street behind the hotel. Parking was free and secure in a garage. Zero issues. Highly recommend them. We paid $257 fo BOTH nights. Friday and Saturday. Can’t beat that during the holiday rush.”

“My girlfriend's family was so happy with the service.
Of course the basics of a good room, great staff and good location were there. On top of that, we were accommodated really well by a couple of the staff, specifically Joey and the manager working at the time.
We needed to extend the stay because of some complications with moving her disabled family member with us, and the staff were able to make things workout even though it was a challenge. They were so thankful for the empathy and extra care and hospitality! Would recommend”
