“We have a Golden Retriever and a standard Labradoodle that we bring here for the grooming. We follow our groomer, Vicky, wherever she is. She is the BEST and our dogs LOVE her. Coco has extreme separation anxiety when apart from Bella and he is better there they do their best to accommodate him and relieve his stress. They are so kind and understanding. Not to mention both dogs come home looking fabulous and happy. Highly recommend this location.”

“This is the best place for gourmet cat treats! We got a ton of freeze dried treats for my cats and they loved it (chicken giblets, mussels and rabbit). It was so refreshing to see a pet store with so much to offer for cats since places are mostly catered for dogs. It also happened to be my cats birthday when we stumbled upon the boutique and got to buy him a custom birthday hat!! Definitely will be coming back”
“Joel one of the managers goes above and beyond. He helped me find and think through what food i needed for my cats. Moveover he helped carr it all to the front. When I had a return he took care of it a to z getting me what I preferred. Highly recommend this store as Joel is not the only customer first staffer there. Meow!”

“Happy that I can support local and buy pumpkins without having to pay tickets or pay parking or pay extra for pumpkins. This place is legit. I bought four pumpkins for my family to carve for less than $40. And they are awesome pumpkins. Plus this place has everything for all types of animals and pets. No crazy long lines, they had an area in the front that was decorated for the little ones to do some fun pumpkin, patch hunting, but for our needs to celebrate Halloween and carve some pumpkins as a tradition, this place had everything we needed without breaking the bank or wasting a ton of time with lines and chaos.”

“I called this location thirty minutes before closing. The girl who answered my call was very sweet and patient with me. I asked for a stock check After she went to find the item I was asking about she offered to put them on hold for me. I expressed I would cut it close to closing and she didn't even express concern. She even gave me a discount to what their website was offering. Bonus: she spelled my name currently and didn't even ask! She had them ready and waiting for when I walked in the door like this! “It's an excellent place, with a wide variety of pet supplies. The grooming and pet hotel areas are very good; the price is reasonable, I take my dog there every two months for a bath and I'm always very happy with the results. Taina is an expert and her natural charm with animals is amazing. I highly recommend it.”

They carry local cat grass, the fancy dry food our Siamese requires, and the wet food that has become the only way he will take the medicine we need to give him. In addition, there are great sales and discounts on a regular basis. Thank you, Pet Food Express!!”
“Good prices, good selection, people ARE friendly and will assist anyone with heavier items to their car. BUT they need to put more hay and check the water in their guinea pig cages and hamster cages. Guinea pigs need bigger areas to run around in.”
