“So interesting aisles we have been provided. There is none plastic bowls or other items what we need that is not available. Limited resources for example, no home decoration. Friendly cashiers. Less people in waiting line.”

“They're open during covid and have good guidelines on spacing out as people drop off or pick up their prescriptions. It's true that they don't always have everything in stock but they've been pretty responsive for me. ALSO, you can sign up for text notifications for when your prescription is filled! This is super helpful so I don't just stand around. If they don't have my prescription immediately ready to go, the estimates from them have generally been good (i.e. come back in ~30 minutes or the next day and the text message updates that I get are pretty aligned). PSA - They fill pet prescriptions!! It's so much cheaper than at my vet's so this is nice. The pet pharmacy is a definitely more limited but they'll order in anything you need. (Note that they'll have the generic version rather than the name-brand pet version - which isn't a problem for me but if you're very cautious of that stick with your vet's.)”

“Customer for nearly 20yrs.No drive thru at this store.People make bad comments, during a very difficult time. We are lucky some people want to work with the public. I am greatful, for Walgreens staff, dealing with illnesses and inpatient customers, make sure you allow for anything to happen..”

“I came here super excited to get my passport pictures taken, because this is the closest location to my work. At the beginning the staff was really busy and someone from the team was in training. But after a couple minutes of waiting, a lady by the name of Prisela offered to help me take my passport pictures. I saved gas and time by not going to another Walgreens store, as I was already rejected at the one in Milpitas.”

“I switched over to this Pharmacy in 2019 and have had excellent service every time. I rarely ever have to wait in line and am always welcomed and treated nicely. I am SO glad I live just behind it, because it’s SO convenient!”

“I have recently had to frequent the pharmacy for my parents medications. As I wait in line I will sometimes see haggard, impatient, and frustrated customers. I am impressed with the staff as they don't seem to take it personal as customers misguided frustrations or even sadness and grief and chronic pain spill over to them in an unfair way. I have only seen patience and empathy for a job that I suspect rarely gets the affirmation it deserves. I wrote this review as a response to the misguided low star ratings.”

“This review is for the pharmacist Chappy (sp?). Since I've been having issues with my pregnancy, he's been the one primarily helping me out with my medication. After an eventful stint in the ER over some preterm labor symptoms, I was finally discharged home on time-sensitive medications to help prevent further contractions. Unfortunately there was a big screw up with my hospital outpatient pharmacy so they forwarded my script to Rivermark Safeway (long story). Rivermark was not informed it was a stat med, nor did my hospital even bother to check on the availability of the med knowing I had to take it soon. When I called Rivermark, they were so kind and understanding. Their hands were tied since they didn't have the med, so my husband and I went on to call random CVS pharmacies to see if they'd have the med available. Unbeknownst to us, Chappy was also checking on the inventory at other Safeway pharmacies on my behalf. That was really going above and beyond. Chappy connected with the Milpitas Safeway pharmacy and had the order expedited. That's truly the sign of a thoughtful and caring healthcare professional. He didn't stop at his job and say "oh well, not my problem" even though it wasn't his responsibility at all. Instead he helped a patient out during a stressful time. My husband and I were grateful and touched by his actions. I wish more people like him existed in the world.”

“My visiting husband's luggage was stolen, with his insulin inside it. We live out of state and had a 2 hour window to get an insulin transfer. NAT went out of her way to assist us immediately and within a half hour had the ball rolling. Police retrieved his luggage in the mean time, so we did not end up needing said emergency -refill but we are so grateful to Nat for her help!!! Thank you Nat! Great customer service! We appreciate you!”

“IMHOThis Walmart Market is not our go-to, but since we were in the area, we stopped in. It is bright, clean, well-stocked and organized. If you look carefully, you might find a great deal! Today my husband's eagle eyes spied some cans of No Bean chili for only 81 cents a can! He snagged four cans. Tonight, he enjoyed some chili. He loved it! I took a taste...not bad!... Last visit at another Walmart Market, we saw a front-end cap featuring some frozen bags of bbq chicken wings, clearanced at $4.00! We grabbed 3 bags! They are delicious!Generally, very good prices at Walmart Neighborhood Markets!”

“I had the pleasure of waking up with a bit of a hearing issue. I looked online for some solutions and found one available and called Walgreens to see if it was in stock. Friendly customer service lady told me she would go check, she found it, asked me if I wanted to have it left at the front for myself. I feel this is above and beyond. Sorry I think her name was Cee. Didn't quit catch it.”

“I stop buy CVS at Homestead in Santa Clara. That’s one of my favorite place to chop because it’s someone always in the door to welcome you and the store always look nice and clean and the people work in there always help you to find something when you need it, and they smiling and talking to customers make you feel like family”

“The biggest and best pharmacy and dry goods store in Santa Clara, and right on the El Camino Real near City Hall (more or less). Accessible by public transport and bicycle, and of course certainly by auto, a really great location and helpful, really helpful staff.”
