“Russell, manager, was very polite and professional. The facility was clean, newly built, and big. He explained in detail about pricing. He was very friendly which my bad previous impressions of the Co. totally changed. The only thing I was disappointed was I had to buy another new lock; I already had 5 their locks. I understood my cylinder locks couldn't be used for a security reason. Next time I will use this place again.”
“I leased a storage unit for approximately 24 months. Staff is always friendly and attentive, if I forgot to make a payment they where on top of sending reminders (they do not have auto payment which can be inconvenient if you have lots of bills) however the payment portal is easy to use & instantly updates the system which I love. Over all I highly recommend this storage facility, we never had any issues in regards to safety and location. 10/10 would use them again.”

“My wife and I used In Self Storage for several months while moving. This facility is a hidden gem. Leslie and her staff are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The location is perfect for the Sunnyvale-Cupertino area. We had an exterior unit that was clean easily accessible and well priced. The area is quiet, secure and safe. Leslie and her staff walk the area daily to make sure security, cleanliness and maintenance are all excellent. I definitely would use them again and I highly recommend In Self Storage”
