“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much Leslie and Venture Heat.”
“I have been a customer of Medico for several years now. Initially I was attracted by the pricing. That remains competitive. What I really appreciate about this company is the excellent customer service. Tim Brown has been my delivery man for several years and he goes out of the way to give me excellent customer service. The area manager Craig also has done a great job for me whenever I needed to talk to him about my contract or adjusting my orders. But I think what is particularly impressive is that my location is way off the beaten track, but Tim always manages to get my linens delivered even if it involves some tricky backing up and turning around.”

“I had such a great experience today! Daniel provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond to make my son with special needs and me feel welcome and understood. He was so accommodating and patient — even when my son was grabbing things and showing some sensory-seeking behaviors.
Daniel really took the time to help my son transition from his old wheelchair into the rental we desperately needed. He reassured us, never made us feel rushed, and treated everything like it was no big deal. He even offered my son a fresh cold, bottled water to encourage him to go into the new chair. That kind of compassion means the world to families like ours.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a wheelchair rental. I called this morning, and by the time we arrived, the chair was ready and waiting for us in front. We tested it out, it worked perfectly, and it’s been an absolute lifesaver.

“My experience at Caremax (Buena Park) was excellent. It was a very efficient, professional and smooth operation. I only waited for about 24 hours for the walker to be ready. Both people I dealt with were very accommodating. The employee that finalized my walker transaction walked me out to the car and assisted me in placing it in the car. I recommend them to all.”
“The lady was very nice and it seemed she was doing the best that she could but she didn't know much English which was fine we made it work but the major issue was that I had a procedure coming up and needed a rollator and they got everything going for me and when I came to pickup the guy who normally puts the orders for the day together apparently didn't so we had a big ole box and I ended up having to pay and put together the item not having a clue how to do so. The young lady didn't know to put it together or to try and find the directions but again we got it together but over the phone thy are nice and kind and help you throughout gh the entire process and I am grateful and the little build wasn't bad because I can take the entire thing to pieces if I need to do it worked out”

“My Resmed S9 ASV had a "motor fault" message showing on the screen. I called Advans CPAP spoke to Louis. I shipped it there and he fixed in 3 days and promptly shipped it back. It was a reasonable charge. I initially was hesitant to ship it, because I didn't know who these people are, but the reviews were good. I am so glad that I did. I've used the machine for a couple of days now and it works like it did before I had this problem. I will trust them for all my CPAP needs. Thank you Louis and Advans CPAP.”

“I am a CRPS patient and when one of my pain management doctors recommended a spinal cord stimulator, another doctor was completely against it because of the low success rate and many possible complications. He then handed me a brochure about H-Wave and prescribed it for me as a trial. Within the first week my horrific ugly crying unimaginable pain was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced!! At week three I am sleeping through the night, on ZERO pain meds and even coming off the rest of my medications. The pain is 99% GONE. The swelling has also been greatly reduced. This machine has given me hope that I thought was lost. I was grieving a life that I thought I would never see again. The thought of never being able to run or enjoy any of the outdoor activities again crushed me completely. I’m a veteran firefighter and tough is my middle name, so I was ready to battle whatever was ahead of me. My injury occurred Sept 12, ‘21 and I can finally say I have hope again for a future. I have hope to get my life back. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU H-WAVE!!!”
“A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine. I tried to pay him, he refused the money cause he said he didn't do any thing..but I explained to him ....it saved me a lot of trouble. He wished me a Merry Christmas...he really is a nice guy...”

“This pharmacy has friendly, personal service, competitive prices and a great selection of orthopedic products and assistive devices, lots more than the big places like CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, etc. and they will actually help you try them on if needed. I needed a latex free carpal tunnel brace and the woman who helped me was so understanding, kind and helpful, she helped me try them on as my other hand is in a cast after surgery, and we found the right size. They have a lot of other things as well. I’ve been coming here for years and highly recommend them. Let’s keep them going by shopping here!”
