I think it was Barbie who helped me out the two times I visited while I was in town and she helped me find the right size hoodie I needed for my trip to Europe. The other associates were chill too. “Service is noticeably great! Employees know running, hiking, trail shoes. A real pleasure to deal with staff that knows the product and takes the time to discuss what kind of activities you are involved with. I just bought 2 pairs -- one running and one hiking. CJ, the store manager spent ample time with me hilighting my options. I even had a reason to call CJ to ask a question. A live voice answered -- no robot! What! “Great place for some quality discount shoes! I’ve always had a good experience with Cole Haan. Staff is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to find what you’re looking for. Great service! This store is stocked with outlet-quality goods as well as retail inventory—depends on the specific product. (Looking at the price tags, the one-off clearance products with a smaller discount are probably the latter, which is great if you can find your style and size). I was thrilled to find a pair of original quality golf shoes at 50% discount with the additional sale. Highly recommend!”

“Nice hand bags and wallets. Not a fan of all of their jewelry. Their signature heart is not one of my favorites. The do have a lot of other nice pieces. If you're into charm bracelets that's the place to go. If you wear an Apple watch they have some nice watch bands. In my opinion their best product is their sunglasses. They are fantastic. They are priced somewhere between $100 and $160. They are well made and I haven't broken a pair yet. They have nice designs, lens shapes, and side detail. If you like dark lenses they have those as well. I've been wearing their sunglasses for over 10 years now and have about 10 pairs. I have bought them as gifts for for relatives and friends as well. They hold up very well and I definitely recommend them! Very friendly, welcoming customer service.”

I am not a regular shopper of Madewell but recently bought an item online because I saw it in-person at the store. It didn't work out so I went to Madewell MV and was assisted by Jaidyn M. Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt.
Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all.
Her pleasant demeaner and quick assistance was greatly appreciated last month (mid-October). Thanks so much, Jaidyn! It's because of you I have started to shop here more often. Keep up good work!”
“I shop at the San Clemente Outlets pretty often, but this weekend I had such an amazing experience that I had to leave a review.
Cordell helped me out, and he was seriously incredible. He walked me through how different shoe styles fit, explained the differences between them, and actually took the time to make sure I found the perfect pair instead of just rushing the sale. You can tell he genuinely cares.

“I've been wearing Rainbow Sandals for years, and they never disappoint. They're incredibly comfortable once they're broken in, and they seem to last forever. “JJill has such a variety of clothes and often has great sales. The JJill return policy is amazing and makes it very easy to order on line and return to the store. Admittedly, returning items I have purchased online frequently leads to purchasing more items when returning items to the store. The JJill store at the Shops at Mission Viejo has a pleasant shopping atmosphere. Kendall and Claudia are so amazing; they are very patient and helpful and definitely demonstrate a desire to create an excellent customer experience.
