“I went to the Ashley store to just “look around” with no intention of buying today. My friend and I checked out many sectionals and had some questions. Jessica was our person! She’s a trained and experienced designer and she quickly applied those skills to help me select the perfect sectional. She was knowledgeable of their products, material, density of the cushions etc. I was concerned on the size and she took out her tape measure to make sure what I was thinking was going to be a perfect fit. She was convincing me that it was time to buy. The best part is that she went to bat for me with her manager and got me a killer deal! I really appreciate her thoroughness and her customer service. I told her that all of the furniture that is in my house currently is from Ashley and was bought 22 years ago. When I am in need to replace other pieces, Jessica will be my go -to. Thanks Jessica!!”

“A 3rd party sells their bamboo blinds on Amazon for around $20-$22's.. in 2 diff colors. They are good quality, I must admit and the price isn't bad. I ended up buying 4 more sets after checking the first 2 out. Very cool.”

“A few weeks ago, when receiving an Ethan Allen delivery, the delivery man noted, “you have a lot of our furniture.” I chuckled and began looking around. It was the truth. My home furnishings are not exclusively Ethan Allen, but there are indeed at least a few pieces in every room, tables, beds, benches, sofas, chairs etc. I love going to my local store and working with the design team. I am always treated so well, offered excellent ideas and never pressured to buy. The customization options offered in store are incredible and I have also had a few in-home consults over the years when needing to truly rethink a space vs. just make a few enhancements. I am very pleased with the quality of both EA products and customer service.”

Very unique collectables like some interesting wooden puppets, plates and placemats as well as a variety of animal hides.”

“We recently used Quetzal for a major kitchen renovation here in San Diego, and the final result is absolutely stunning. From the very beginning, Ifat and the design team was fantastic to work with. They listened to our vision and translated it into a beautiful, highly functional layout.
The execution and installation were equally impressive. The crew was professional, precise, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. Every detail was handled with care.
The only challenge we ran into was the lead time. Because the custom cabinets are built and shipped from Mexico make sure you are planning ahead. Ifat let us know of this and it did not impact our project just something to consider. The wait was 100% worth it. The quality of the materials and the flawless finish far exceeded our expectations. If you are planning a renovation and have a little flexibility in your timeline, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They truly transformed our space!”

“I have found Aja Rugs on Cedros in Solana Beach to be a really cool store. I purchased a small rug a little over 6 months ago and it had a small issue that needed repair. “Pigment is a store out of my dreams. If you love looking at nick nacks that are arranged by zones of color and interspersed with plants, this is the place for you.
They stock all kinds of gift options like candles, jewelry, books, ornaments, crystals, etc.
There is a pretty extensive kids section with cute clothes and jelly cat stuffies.
If you go around to the back side of the store you can build your own plant terrariums ( they will also build for you ) with the plants that they have stocked.
I always find something cute to take home from sunglasses to shirts or recipe books - there’s plenty to choose from.”
