“Del Mar Beach Hotel is so perfectly located right on the beautiful Del Mar beach. Their patio facing the ocean offers comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas, tables, fire pits and drinks. I loved that I could start my morning with a latte from the front desk lounge and head straight to the sand to walk along the ocean. You never have to leave. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially Amel who had great restaurant recommendations nearby in the cute town within walking distance. It was such a relaxing, enjoyable weekend away. It was just perfect.”

“Great location with a cute on site Cafe. Akso has a small pool and laundry room for guests and a fitness center. The staff are wonderful and very attentive.
The hotel has undergone renovation. The rooms are clean, traditionally styled yet modern. The rooms have the option of a small kitchennet or microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a small sink.”

“I’ve stayed at several hotels in Del Mar and this one is my favorite by far. The rooms are reasonably priced and there is so much love, history, and charm in the decor. We loved the wood floors, fresh air, and nice bathtub in the Monet room. See if Solana (one of the owners) will give you a tour! Thank you for having us! :)”

“We've stayed at Auberge Del Mar two years in a row, and it has become one of our favorite places to visit. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Del Mar, with easy access to the beach, great restaurants, and shops.
What really sets this hotel apart is the incredible service. A special thank you to Hadia, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She arranged balloons for our child's birthday, which made the celebration so special, and she also surprised us with a thoughtful baby outfit to celebrate our growing family since my wife is pregnant. Those personal touches meant so much to us.
Everyone on the staff was genuinely warm, friendly, and eager to help. The valet team also deserves recognition—they were always welcoming, efficient, and made coming and going effortless.

We booked with Hilton San Diego/Del Mar, and the team was extremely considerate of our complex hotel bookings and room changes. We loved that the hotel has a pool, a hot tub, and a restaurant for all three meals of the day. The secure parking lot is worth it for our peace of mind and all the rental cars.
