“This hotel was exceptional. Elegant, yet comfortable. Homey, but classy. The staff understands the meaning of hospitality for sure. I felt like a welcomed guest in someone's home. The room was well-appointed. The view from the room was beautiful. I had requested some glasses and a bottle of whiskey be placed in our room for a surprise when we returned from an outing. In addition to that, we found some brochures, a map, a cute box of chocolate, and a hand-written note with kind words for us to "enjoy our stay."Room service for breakfast was delicious, and the order was confirmed with a phone call and accurately prepared. The lox and bagel breakfast was art on the plate and tasted as good as it looked.There were so many pluses about our stay we feel the need to go again and stay longer next time. Most definitely a five-star experience from check-in to check-out. Staff members Hadia and Shawn helped make the stay wonderful.Rooms: Very nice, clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.Walkability: Very close to many stores.Food & drinks: We ordered room service and the food was very good. We also tried Lyric Coffee in the lobby. The Mocha was delicious.Noteworthy details: The hotel was close tovwalk to many stores and restaurants. We tried Sbicca that is across the street. It was sugested to us by Shawn. Great choiceThere was something for everyone on the menu.”

“We stayed here for our wedding weekend and had a room block of up to 20+ rooms. The location was perfect since we were getting married at the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. They had plenty of rooms for our guests and were super clean! The hotel bar was also convenient as guests were arriving and it provided a great meet up for friends and family traveling from out of town. The staff was amazing to work with and provided 5 star quality customer service. I needed to check in early to get ready for my rehearsal/dinner and they kindly allowed me to check in a couple hrs early. Every time I called the front desk, they greeted me with a congratulations! It was so sweet and the staff all knew how special this weekend was for us. We felt so loved at the Hilton Del Mar on our special wedding weekend. Thank you for having us!
