Hope Springs is total relaxation and rejuvenation! They put on a delicious breakfast spread, the staff are helpful and friendly and other guests are always respectful of one and other’s space and quiet time when they visit. There is a secret code at Hope Springs which has been carried on for decades. This place is very special ❤🙏”

“Such a beautiful place with all sorts of wellness inspired things to do...salt room, ice room, sauna, hot springs tubs, big pool and garden space. This was our second time with my ladies (friends for over 40 years), got the rooms with the big tub. Decor, thoughtful touches, incense, candles, robes, etc. Such a relaxing place that you really don't need to leave the property. Cafe food is good, not great, but good. All staff we interacted with were wonderful! Didn't get massages this time, but the last time we did and were fantastic.”
“Stayed one night and it was nice, The New Manager deeply cares about his new position and the success of the hotel. Just make sure you ask for the Door codes and wi-fi so you dont get locked out of the resort. It’s quiet and you have three pool options”
“The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Spent the day at the pools and spa so I can’t say anything about the rooms.
First the Ugly. The decor could use some updating. It kitschy 1980s and it makes the place feel dated and not so clean. The Bad - well I can’t really say anything bad about it. But the GOOD! I’ll save the best for last— the receptionists (both in the lobby and inside the spa) were very nice and dealt with a few logistical issues we encountered. At the spa Hiram the masseuse was great. His hands must have eyes because he knew exactly how to find the knots. Afterward we had lunch at the restaurant and while the food was okay the service was FIVE ⭐️ STAR!! Maddie was our server and I would recommend and return just for the outstanding and professional customer service that she brought to the table. She could give lessons on exemplary customer service and it’s this that really makes this place shine. Go there, it’s a fun day trip.”
“Our first time here. Mark is an amazing Bartender/Host he made us feel like family. Sergio (security) friendly helpful and just an all around good guy. We come to the valley twice a year, from this day forward we will only stay at this place. Wonder experience”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Getaway in March 2026. The location worked well for us as we explored both the area between both Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Enjoyed the pool after returning from a day of exploring when temperatures were in the mid 90's to 100's. And as mentioned by others there are breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains from the pool deck, especially at sunrise and sunset!. Also loved the Retro Decor and comfortable furniture/bedding, and full kitchen. Would definitely stay again when travelling in the area.”
