What I love most about this company is their phenomenal customer service. Stephanie has been an amazing assistant—she has helped us greatly with our Rainbow Restoration clients by providing detailed information about the products, such as the different types of countertops (including quartz and more). She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, from countertops to kitchen cabinets and appliances like sinks and faucets. Our clients have been very satisfied with her professionalism and customer service skills.
I also want to highlight Bonnie, who was extremely helpful in assisting us with the credit card application process.

“I didn't get the name of the cashier but she was excellent! I was at the checkstand where I asked the cashier if the store had hook and loop (velcro) ties. She led me directly to what o was looking for! What really impressed me was her positive attitude, super cheerful and energetic and humble. “If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We came in with a wheelchair that was broken by American Airlines while traveling to California. These wonderful people helped us for about an hour to remove stripped bolt heads to replace the broken wheel. Thanks to their wonderful service, my daughter is able to enjoy the Anaheim theme parks. “DJ is the man. I ask for him when I go there. I went today because the screws that were supplied with the bed supports were not holding. DJ told me the were really sheet metal screws and not wood screws. After a learning explanation, he gave me wood screws and they really did the job. I called the store, spine to DJ, and thanked him.”

“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”

“I shop at this Home Depot often. Because I have a bad knee, I often use the mobile shopping carts. On my last visit, all the carts were occupied. While returning to my car, I saw a young cart man in the parking lot and explained my situation. He said he would see if he could find a cart. Shortly afterwards, he came with a mobile cart he found somewhere. This yong man's name is Leo, and he is to be commended for his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOLLOW THROUGH. I offered him a tip, but he refused, saying he was only doing his job. He also remarked that if I needed help to load my purchases, the parking lot employees were available to help. Again, great service by employee Leo.”
