“Excellent service. The owner, who assisted me throughout, was a very knowledgeable gentleman and clearly very passionate about his profession. Very patient with all of my questions. Readily found the rare wood I was seeking and happily prepared it to the exact specifications I needed. Moreover, he went above and beyond to help me select additional material I sought to give as a gift. The place is a treasure trove for rare woods and reasonably priced. Very professional. Would do business with again! Highly recommend!”

“Excellent, good old fashioned hardware store! Well stocked and staffed with employees that are actively looking to help the customers, not doing their best to avoid them like at the famous DIY stores. Got a key made for $1.50 that the big chains don't even carry! Thank you, Merritt's for holding out against the massive corporations!”

“USA ZHONGHENG CORP – 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend USA Zhongheng Corp not only for contractors, but also for regular customers. What I love most about this company is their phenomenal customer service. Stephanie has been an amazing assistant—she has helped us greatly with our Rainbow Restoration clients by providing detailed information about the products, such as the different types of countertops (including quartz and more). She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, from countertops to kitchen cabinets and appliances like sinks and faucets. Our clients have been very satisfied with her professionalism and customer service skills. I also want to highlight Bonnie, who was extremely helpful in assisting us with the credit card application process. Overall, I am very pleased with USA Zhongheng and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase quality cabinetry and receive excellent customer service.”

“Man, what a pleasant experience. Switched careers, pretty drastic change, and I ordered a good amount of tools, but I did the mistake of ordering the wrong tool the responsiveness from the Instagram team to the understanding of your issue. They were able to help me out and swap out a tool for something I could use. This is what the service really means any chance I get to guide someone their way I surely will. Thank you again for making my shopping experience a good one!”

She led me directly to what o was looking for! What really impressed me was her positive attitude, super cheerful and energetic and humble. She demonstrated these attributes with the customee ahead of me and the one who followed me. Made my afternoon!”

“DJ is the man. I ask for him when I go there. I went today because the screws that were supplied with the bed supports were not holding. DJ told me the were really sheet metal screws and not wood screws. After a learning explanation, he gave me wood screws and they really did the job. I called the store, spine to DJ, and thanked him.”

“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”

“I shop at this Home Depot often. Because I have a bad knee, I often use the mobile shopping carts. On my last visit, all the carts were occupied. While returning to my car, I saw a young cart man in the parking lot and explained my situation. He said he would see if he could find a cart. Shortly afterwards, he came with a mobile cart he found somewhere. This yong man's name is Leo, and he is to be commended for his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOLLOW THROUGH. I offered him a tip, but he refused, saying he was only doing his job. He also remarked that if I needed help to load my purchases, the parking lot employees were available to help. Again, great service by employee Leo.”
