We walked in and immediately David helped us. We left came back two more times. He made us his immediate priority. I really appreciate the information that he gave us. Turns out my best friend's son didn't end up getting it but now I think I'm gonna switch over. It's a good deal! For 90 bucks a month let's do this. “Due to a car accident last year, I was looking to have a dash cam installed in my new car. I found Sound Scapes and decided to stop by. John (the owner) was there and I explained that I was looking for a hard wired install and he offered to do it that day. Unfortunately I was unable to leave the car and had to return at a later date. He was very flexible with scheduling. The work done was great.
Fast forward to now. I had a sensor issue and the dealer tried to blame the hardwired dashcam. I took the car back and John showed and explained how it would not affect the sensor. He disconnected the camera on site so I could take it back to the dealership. Once the faulty sensor was replaced, I came back to have the hardwire swapped out with just a run to the USB in the center console just so I don't have to deal with the dealership excuses in the future.
In the end, the workmanship is fantastic. The pricing is great. To top it off, the customer service was amazing. Thank you John, I will definitely be back and recommend your shop to others.”
