“At the moment, I only have a complain! I am looking for a phone number to contact them and it’s not even accessible…so frustrated because my package has not moved since Monday and today is Wednesday! They told me my package would arrive by Wednesday. I need an accessible phone number please!
I came back to comment that I had to go to the location to ask (which was an inconvenience due to my schedule) but the people were very nice and helpful! I left them my contact information, and they said they would contact me to follow up on my package, and they did. My package has arrived to its destination…so happy!”
“Cindy is fantastic! She’s professional, efficient, and always a pleasure to work with. I regularly ship parcels to my overseas clients, and she manages everything quickly and smoothly every time. She saves me so much time. Thank you for the great service!”
“Love our little post office. We had a po box here years ago and still come by occasionally for shipping. I do love the convenience and that little machine you can use for postage, but I really enjoy talking to the staff here. They’re always friendly, and I especially love the brunette women who greets you with a warm “hi mija.” it just makes the whole experience feel a little more personal ?”
“I can't thank Kay and Bryan enough for their professionality , helpful attitude and their work ethic under pressure. I was sent from the San Gabriel office who just cancelled my appointment that I had booked 3 days ago . They were super busy my passports services were not easy and they took me in, they did everything top notch and Kay probably revised everything more than 4 times to ensure perfection. I am so grateful I was sent to this office and from now on It will be my go to!
Thank you temple City post office !”
“I find then more than reasonable in there services ? Sometime it’s the visitor who r holding the line ? By not thinking about other next in line ? They take there time arranging there papers , moving like turtles . Overall , this location deserve an A ?”
“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!”
“This is a nice post office. Here's my tip for anyone who needs a passport: Many city halls and even public libraries will process your passport. It's worth it to call around and go there instead. You can also start the process online and print out the forms and read about all the things you will need for your passport. In my experience, the post office is the last place I would go for passport needs.”
“Postal Services in Sierra Madre, Los Angeles, California...We had just finished breakfast nearby when I asked my friend, Hannah, if there was a post office nearby. She pointed and said that there was one right around the corner! Yay!Sierra Madre's post office is cozy, calm, and mellow. I felt like I was in a safe, small, quaint country town. I parked in the back of the building and walked in the building from the side door.Other people parked in the front, on the street, and walked in the front door.It wasn't crowded, so, I walked right up to the letter slot, tossed my postcard in, and left.Easy as pie!”
“After failing to find my packages in my mailbox for quite some time, I went to the front desk for assistance. I was advised to purchase a P.O. box, which I did; however, my packages were still missing.
When I returned today, an absolutely wonderful staff member—a woman named Kamal—helped me out. I panicked because a package delivered today contained medication, and although I overreacted, she handled the situation with great understanding. She contacted the person who had delivered the box to inform him of the issue—a man named Mark—and he immediately met me at the mailboxes to assist me. He was incredibly understanding and patiently demonstrated, step-by-step, that my key was actually opening the wrong box. It turned out my previous shipments—and everything else—were right where they belonged. Given how stressed and agitated I was today, I was extremely pleased and grateful to encounter two employees who were so helpful and understanding.
My deepest thanks and appreciation.✨✨✨✨✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“I was a few minutes late for my kids passport, thinking they would have Zero tolerance but no, Rina let me know we were late but still processed my kid's passport with patience and kindness. She made sure the kid looked good in the photo and got her stickers. 5 stars!”
“Went in for passports for me and my kids. Right away they asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. Told me to stand aside and not wait in line. Then we got greeted by the best, Jeff. He was friendly and we got the best customer service ever. I was hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews but trust me it was not bad at all. The process was smooth and he was so kind to me and my kids. Definitely recommend!”

“My go too post office because I live locally. Lines are not bad, if there is one at all. All of the clerks are super nice, friendly, and most importantly, helpful. Thank you always for the service. Peace”

“This is a small post office. The clerks are always nice. It’s not a drive thru McDonald’s, this is a government office. The El Monte post office is also nearby off Valley and Ramona!? The only rude people are the ignorant complainers. Thank you ??Ms. Leilana for your patience with my international package today, and for hard work, everyday. ?”
“It's a very small post office, right off Irwindale Ave and Arrow Hwy, on a side street directly across from a city park and the Irwindale Police Station. The parking lot has 4 spots, one is disabled only, however, there is parking permitted at it's curb on the street, which is why 4 stars. If you arrive at 2:00pm during weekdays, you'll have to come back at 2:30pm to allow the employees their lunch break. There's also the drive-up out-going stamped mailbox with the Priority Mailbox and Express in the parking area. It isn't as big as the Covina Post Office on Rimsdale or the West Covina P.O. nearby the West Covina Fashion Plaza which may discourage some but I find a bonus for no waiting, generally. It has a handicapped entrance and ramp next to disabled spot. And I've yet to see any of the postal employees being rude or unhelpful to any of the customers and there definitely is no woman by the door asking if you need stamps (really? it's so small, she'd get in the way if she existed) as one review claimed. I just like it because it's quick and easy if I need to go inside.”
“Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The man who helped me saved me money by recommending the better shipping method for my books and the rest of the team had really good energy. A bit far from my house but will come back here for my postal needs.”
“I had to mail a set of important legal documents, and I was in a bit of a rush. The staff at this post office went above and beyond, making sure I picked the fastest yet affordable shipping option. They explained everything thoroughly and ensured my documents were safely packaged. The service was quick, professional, and the prices were very fair, especially for the quality I received. I’m so grateful for their help, and I will definitely return for all my mailing needs.”
“Often a positive experience every time I come to the post office :) There’s often a line, but it moves quickly. The new scanning machine helps me avoid long lines for when I just need to scan a pre-purchased label.”
“Yes, lines are sometimes long during the holidays but efficiency is required working here. I have never had a problem or bad experience. Honestly, I'd rather drop a package off here then any other usps location.”
“I find it strange that the staff here are so friendly and welcoming, yet the ratings are so low! It's unfair. I had a great experience here and I want to give a glowing review.”

“I visited this USPS location at 1:30PM, right after their lunch break and was pleasantly surprised to find no line. There was only one teller working, which can sometimes cause long waits, but luckily that wasn’t the case during my visit. Overall, it was a quick and smooth experience this time.”

“Best usps than the one in College St. Asian lady gave me a receipt like she supposed to unlike the other branch. Love that they're open till 2pm here. Plus their customer service is better here than a lot of the other branches. Huge parking too.”
“Nice and friendly staff. Moderate wait time, you can tell they’re trying their best it’s just a smaller more remote office, if you tailor your expectation to what it is you’ll be fine.”
“This is by far one of the best post offices I’ve ever been to. There’s always plenty of parking, no long lines, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is quick, easy, and efficient. It’s a pleasure coming here every time. Highly recommend this location if you want fast and stress-free service!”
“Buying postage stamps in person...Did you ever leave a business and think:"I should have bought _____."That's what happened after I left Sierra Madre's Post Office. As I was driving to my next destination, I thought that I should have purchased more stamps. Just then, I saw this post office in Arcadia and made a quick left into the driveway - after the post office - because there was a van coming out of the driveway closest to the post office. Turns out that what I did was correct. The driveway closest to the post office is one-way out only.I read the reviews about the older Asian female worker. She was scolding the customer in front of me. Oh wow. When it was my turn, I wondered if she was going to yell at me for paying in coins. Haha!I took a chance and unloaded what felt like five pounds worth of nickels, dimes, and quarters! It's good to put them back into circulation, right? ... because two international stamps are only $2.90 right now. It's a great time to use coins as payment for this small amount of currency!I thought I counted correctly, but all she said was, "You need ten more cents."That was my cue to give her ten pennies... LOL!Anyway, that's my way of risk-taking. I'll play it safe the rest of the day... Hopefully...”
“The supervisor is very helpful and kind, she responds to clients’ concerns and questions promptly. The people under her can be unprofessional and rude sometimes, however, she will take appropriate steps and actions accordingly. Not the most customer friendly staff at the window, so you are pretty much at their mercy and remember to remain polite.”
“I selected this location for my passport application . Amazing service. Clerk was really helpful with excellent customer service. Forgot his name but he deserves a 10/10.”
“Best u s p s office in the whole area. The best employees very calm and very respectful, not like other u s p s offices for the amount of mail they get. It's tremendous and the guys are very calm and they help when you need the help.Five star they deserve it”
“I can’t say enough good things about this post office. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with genuine warmth and kindness. Adriana, Anne, and Jose are absolute gems — each one of them is so friendly, patient, and makes you feel truly cared for. They go out of their way to be helpful, and there’s such a comforting, positive energy every time I visit.
What also really stands out is how much effort they put into decorating for every holiday. It’s those little touches that make the place feel so welcoming and special. Going to this post office honestly feels like visiting family. Thank you all for making a routine errand feel so warm and human. Highly recommend this location to anyone who wants great service with a smile!”
