“The vehicle was great, and the staff at Harder & Mission were hard working and courteous. The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars is that the site Enterprise chose for this very busy location is a logistical nightmare. No customer parking, and no room to maneuver vehicles being checked in and out. As a result, we had to wait 90 minutes for our rental vehicle. The hard working team at Harder & Mission Enterprise deserve better IMHO.”

“Avis is great but the billing is horrible. I rent month to month contracts and pay weekly so they charge every week they hold the transaction until they you close the contract. The contract is only good for one month then you close it out. So they hold all your transactions. You payed every week until you close it out. they still have the holds on the transactions then they charge you the full amount for example you paid three payments $400 they hold those and then they charge the 1200 so they charged twice but you get the money back on the holds within 3 weeks I don't know why they can't release the money right away they won't release it until it's closed once it's closed then the holds on those amounts will get released within 3 weeks that's just way too long to wait for your money. I had a complaint because I never got my money back on the holds after I made a complaint then they released it 2 to 3 weeks later Enterprise never did this to me every month I gotta deal with this. But if you have too much money then you don't have to worry about it I don't have too much money so I have to worry about it I always have to have at least $2,000 in my account at all time to rent this car for the month other than that they're really nice”

“My experience with the San Ramon location has been nothing but positive. My Tesla has been sitting at the body shop due to an accident (not of my fault) and the customer service here has been great. The day I went to get the rental, the gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he’s Asian) was working all by himself due to lack of staff. He was doing the best he could, running around, answering calls, answering all my questions. He was so patient. I’d definitely rent from here again bc of the customer service.”

“After having gone thru hell with 3 HERTZ CAR RENTAL LOCATION, I called Enterprise in Dublin-CA and TJ was amazing going out of her way to get me a car.
She even stayed 15 minutes past closing time waiting for me.
When I went to drop the car off , OBINNA was a rock star!!!!
I had already had the pleasure of having OBINNA help me out at their Pleasanton location.
