“What can i say about this lovely boutique they have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry at a great value and timepieces I did happen to stop by to inquire about a timepiece not expecting to stumble upon it due to Rolex high demand and long waiting list DEBBY ISAACS Did assist me and let me know that they did have the timepiece in stock and did ask me if I was interested in it and I definitely was because I have been on the waiting list for one for a while at the Stevens Creek fair, Rolex I haven't received a phone call from them yet on the watch but here I found myself trying on the watch that is available and is for sale so I was quick to purchase it and The experience was Excellent they did pour me some champagne to celebrate and to congratulate me on my purchase of my new timepiece I cannot recommend this boutique enough definitely Speak to DEBBY she was so helpful and really guided me through the experience and also a big shout out to Marc Heller for helping me take some photos of my experience and a shout out to Brandon I really and enjoy my experience and look forward to purchasing more great timepieces with them in the future”

“I lost the ruby in my ring that I have had over 40 years. Corinne was very patient with my husband and I trying to find the ideal Ruby to fit my ring. I picked it up today and it is beautiful. We also discussed the possibility of buying a 5 diamond wedding band. Then Corinne suggested I just replace the main diamond in my current wedding set with a better color and slightly larger diamond. My diamond is a VS 2 but the color is L which makes it appear yellow. We appreciate her suggestions and patience!! I suggest you give them a try for any of your jewelry needs!”

“Could not be any more happier! The customer service at Rhodium Jewelers in Pleasanton is amazing and welcoming. I had bought my chain a while back. After taking it off and setting it down, I placed something on top of it without realizing. Resulting in the clasp of the chain breaking. Since I am a returning customer, I brought up how I broke the chain and the owner (while I was buying my ring) said they could take care of it for me. He got it fixed fast! They are very understanding and genuine people. I highly recommend buying from them!”
“I'm so happy I found this place. The owner did a wonderful job on my gold bangle bracelet. The bracelet had been fixed twice by different jewelers. Nowhere near this workmanship. He was able to replace the clasps on my pearl bracelet without having to restring it. Wonderful job. He also fixed the broken watch band on my sons watch. No need to replace the band as I thought. The work he's done is a lost art. His attention to detail and the workmanship is just wonderful. He takes pride in his work and he very nice too. I recommend.”
“Went on the hunt to two sentimental pieces fixed up. I had a hell of a time finding a silversmith but a local jeweler recommended this place as they only did platinum and gold rings. The place is unassuming and kind of cluttered at first sight but there are literal hidden gems everywhere. The store owner Scott knows his stuff! He's eccentric for sure but a brilliant craftsman and has a great passion for what he does. Once you get him talking, you understand how invested he is in his craft. Doesn't have conventional customer service skills but does have genuine joy when customers are happy with his work. And the price was reasonable. $30 for upsizing my ring and $20 for my other project. (Not posting as it is a gift). I left a very happy customer and will be back for a few of his custom pieces. If you are a thrifter, silver wearer or just love thing-a-mabobs, this place is for you!”

“WOW! Talk about great customer service! This store is a little gem hidden on Tennyson Rd. Not only did I find everything that I needed, pair of great quality boots and a nice and stylish shirt, I was able to pick up some Jewelry when I was there. One stop shop. The owners are extremely nice and humble people. Very knowledgeable in their products which makes me want to come back again! If you cant find it here the owner will source it for you. “A place for all the great watches are in the store by Fosil and we have a good chance of finding good things. We also brought a watch for baterry and bits of the chain removed for free. Baterry was a fair price and came with warante in India. Every one was good to help and count times I drive very far and it is worthit. Also better deals than at deisle, i got left feling happy ending for sure”
“Took a moderately expensive watch in for a battery replacement and a cleaning/tune-up as it was lagging by about 1-2mins per week. I arrived 20mins before closing to an empty kiosk. Assuming he'd closed early, I started to walk away but luckily he saw me from accross the mall and rushed back to help me. He quoted just under $50 for the work and began immediately. The final price was exactly the same as his estimate. While waiting I grabbed some food but spent a bit too much and ended up being short by $2 when it time to pay. He graciously let it slide. Today, 3 Months later, the watch is still running great without any loss of time. 10/10”
“I ordered me a Promaster Skyhawk from the worldwide web dot citizen dot com and the customer care gent, Harshit, told me that any Citizen Store can size for me. When I went in the man told me they do not service third party purchases and I needed to leave. They also said that they are not affiliated with Citizen or change batteries. Is this a real store or an outlet franchise. I am confused. I said if they do not size, then return and they refused service and asked me to leave. I think this is wrong is it ?”
