“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”

“I had an appointment at this Logix branch to open a new account and this was the closest branch to San Diego. So, I had a bit of a drive. However, I digress, and this review focuses on the following: (1) parking; and (2) service. PARKING LOT Keep an eye out! There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is next to a parking structure. The signage is small for the parking lot for Logix customers, and it looks like it's only for employees because of the size of the lot and the gate. I would have liked to know in advance where to park because the bank validates for its customers that park on the smaller lot. However, I parked in the structure because it looked more convenient and it was not too expensive. Logix does not validate parking in structure. SERVICE When I got inside, there was a receptionist that took my name and confirmed my appointment with Eduardo. I was early and she said it would be about 30 minutes, but Eduardo finished early and assisted me within minutes of my arrival--before my scheduled appointment. It took no time to open the account. Everyone was really nice at this location. All the customers inside the branch were either being helped or seemed to have been helped and waiting for an appointment. Logix had a lot of staff that were working hard to assist the customer. It never felt like customers were waiting on the employees to get through a rush of customers that weren't being helped. Quite the opposite. In conclusion, based on my current experience, I recommend this Logix branch.”

I spoke with the Assistant Manager, Rosa, and she was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Not only was she able to walk me through ALL my options to resolve the issue, but she also went above and beyond to find out how she can make my situation less stressful and frustrating.

“Not since I was a young boy/teenager/young adult visiting my relatives in the 475-person (+/-), very, very small town of Chamois, Missouri, have I even felt remotely close to the level of hometown, highly personalized financial services that you receive everyday at the GFCU. While all of their employees are awesome, the two that I have dealt with and who have taken care of me perfectly (not an exaggeration) for years and years are Branch Manager Laura M. and VP of Operations Arpi K.! I've had to go thru three major financial reorganizations, as the result of my not staying focused on my finances as I should. Laura and Arpi have treated me like a family member each and every time, and have never made me feel poorly for the way I've handled my affairs. Their second reorganization allowed me to finally purchase a brand new 2020 Toyota Camry SE, literally just one month before Covid hit, which saved my caboose, as I'm a Type 2 Diabetic! Even though I still maintain a few accounts with one of the largest banks of the Pacific West, the STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received from Laura and Arpi from Day 1 has been ... and will continue to be unparalled! What is so astonishing to me, is that it seems to come so naturally them ... never forced. And let me tell you, throughout my adventurous financial travels with the GFCU, I've needed a lot of "hand-holding" at times ... and not once was my hand in need not being held and guided to the calming state you feel when your whole being simply knows that only your very best interest is being protected and supported by the PHENOMENAL GFCU FAMILY!!
