“Royal Moving & Storage Los Angeles made my move stress-free and affordable. Victor and his crew arrived right on time and got everything packed, wrapped, and loaded with great care. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service — no hidden fees, just honest work. They handled my furniture, including a large sectional and fragile items, with total professionalism. Everyone was polite, cheerful, and worked seamlessly together. Even tricky stairs and tight hallways didn’t slow them down. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more efficient moving experience. Highly recommended!”

“Professional Moving was awesome! From the first call and emailing details, it was very straightforward and quick with the responses. I scheduled the guys for a Saturday and they were on time and professional. I closed a branch of my printing business so there was a lot of heavy boxes of paper and supplies, but more importantly, printers and copiers that are super bulky and heavy. They were great about wrapping and protecting them, along with the transport. Everything went smooth with the pickup and the drop off. I’m super happy with the move and the service!”

“I had a wonderful experience at this storage facility, thanks to the amazing customer service from Rae. From the moment I walked in, Rae greeted me with warmth and professionalism. They took the time to really listen to my needs, explained the different unit options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. What stood out most was Rae’s patience and attention to detail—no question felt too small, and every step of the process was handled with care. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel taken care of, but Rae did just that. The facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to access, but it’s Rae’s outstanding service that made the experience so smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for storage with top-notch customer support, I definitely recommend coming here and asking for Rae!”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Extra Space Storage in Glendale! The entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. I was able to reserve my unit online easily, and I appreciated getting a follow-up call the very next day to see if I needed any assistance with selecting the right unit and completing the signup. The staff was genuinely helpful and explained everything clearly without any pressure whatsoever – they were simply there to help me make the best choice for my needs. When I arrived at the facility, the staff took the time to show me a couple of different unit options and provided thoughtful recommendations. The signup process was remarkably fast and efficient. He even walked me through downloading and using the app to unlock both the main door and my storage unit, which is such a convenient feature! The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I was impressed to see they have a loading dock, which made moving my items in from the truck so much easier. The entire place feels secure and safe. If you're looking for a storage facility in the Glendale area, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Great service, great facility, and a truly hassle-free experience from beginning to end!”

“By far, this is the best storage facility I've ever used, across multiple states. The on-site team (which is non-existent at many storage places) is always friendly and helpful. Mario helped us find our initial unit by literally walking us through the units that were available and that he thought met our needs. Pablo was great with making sure our moving-truck team had the space they needed. But seriously, everyone reading this, what's most important is that there are no rats or other pests. This place is clean and air-conditioned from the basement to the top floor.”

“Noemi, you are a true angel. If you are looking for a storage space this is it. Noemi is the kindest, warmest, most welcoming soul and makes the entire experience so much better. Moving is an incredibly stressful experience and she listened and offered guidance and a kind ear when I needed one. The facility is clean, easy to access, and well maintained. I have had no issues other than myself forgetting to check when it closed. Noemi went above and beyond and stayed late one night when it locked us out at 6pm, per its operating hours (and I totally forgot). I would use this facility again and again thanks to her exceptional and kind service.”
