“We had a great experience with CG Appliance! Renee was the sales person that helped us and she was fantastic. We were having problems finding a refrigerator that was able to fit into a space in our kitchen. Renee had us look at a LG refrigerator and it was perfect, and believe me we were looking everywhere and she nailed it. Then we needed a washer and dryer with no bells and whistles and she nailed that as well. We ended up purchasing a Speed Queen and it was just what we were looking for. Renee is so knowledgeable on every single product they have and she really worked hard with us finding what we needed. We shopped around for the best price and she couldn't be beat. She was very responsive with our emails and phone calls. Plain and simple Renee doesn’t mess around and we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchases and with Renee, she’s awesome. Thank you Renee!”

“Everyone’s probably been here 100 times and 95% of the time it’s usually fine. However this particular visit required extensive planning, design revising, and attention to detail ordering several custom windows. Soé in the window department went above and beyond spending several hours with us making sure everything was correct and even postponing his lunch & break to accommodate. It’s hard to find service like this nowadays and because of this I’ll come back just for him.”

“Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Davies, especially working with Cory! He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we got the right appliances at an amazing price. He answered every question we had, made the whole process easy and stress-free, and never made us feel pressured. The pricing was excellent, and the delivery was just as great—everything arrived on time, professionally handled, and exactly as promised. Cory made the entire experience so easy that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone shopping for appliances. If you go to Davies, definitely ask for Cory!”

“Really happy with our experience at Appliance Leaders! We were shopping around the Peninsula for a Bosch dishwasher and they had better inventory and price than anywhere else we looked. Delivery came within a few days and the team was super professional and on time. Solid option if you need something quickly and don't want to deal with the big box store runaround. Would definitely come back!”

“I went in the store to pickup a Nespresso milk frother I had ordered today, SYDNEY WAS PHENOMENAL! Kind, friendly, welcoming, professional and had a warmth to her. Thank you for being present in that moment, and for being compassionate when others are incapable of doing so.”

“Kalei at Sincere Home Decor was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. She was patient and very informative about different cabinet’s quality and options. We got our cabinets and countertops from Sincere and are very happy with the purchase. She worked so hard on making all the changes until the cabinet design turned out perfect. The price was also very competitive, and service top notch!”

“Amazing!!! Super responsive, delivered on time and exactly what we wanted. We will only buy appliances from them from here on out. So many companies like this are just a step up from contractors and over promise and under deliver. These guys are the opposite. First class operation and really nice people. Fantastic product selection too. Can’t say enough! We live in Marin, so they cover peninsula, city and Marin. Maybe more.”

“TO DATE (1st Delivery Experience): A client was able to find this particular facility fine (while using a Garmin Truck GPS device). If you’re using a different GPS device, just know that the R&B WHOLESALE facility is located in between (but in the rear of PUCCI SONS, 25447 Industrial Blvd, Hayward, CA, 94545 & LIFE CHIROPRACTIC WEST COLLEGE, 25001 Industrial Blvd, Hayward, CA, 94545). Also, using the Google Maps Satellite feature should be able to assist you in a positive way towards maneuvering to the R&B Wholesale facility, while avoiding hassles and road trouble along the way. Regarding the staff, the staff was professional and courteous. Regarding the live unload process, the staff safely unloaded the freight within a time frame of about 15-20 minutes. Regarding the turning room within the facility, R&B Wholesale has a small gated dock area that’s accompanied with vehicles in the docks and other vehicles parked within the small dock door area. So, a delivery driver has be to careful and mindful of the situation and the previously mentioned obstacles/objects. Regarding if there’s a driver lounge and restroom available, my client didn’t have time to verify because the live unload was quick and he didn’t have to use the restroom. Regarding if there is overnight parking, it appears as if a single semi-truck and trailer can find a place to park near the facility and PUCCI FOODS, but please be careful because things can change at any given notice. NOTE: Depending on your arrival direction, the turning lane space is narrow and short. So, there’s a likelihood that the delivery driver may “jump the curb” with his or her delivery vehicle (but that depends on the size and the length of the delivery vehicle). *Please refer to the uploaded photos for further support, verification, and sense of sight.”

“Finally, after Dacor actually delivered a new, undamaged gas cooktop, the return installation went great. I was so glad top see our original installers that had previously tried to install the cooktop return to do the final installation. I absolutely give our two installers a 5 for their efficient work and professional demeanor. If I could, I would give them both a much higher number than only 5! Thank you and the entire Atherton team for our new Dacor cooktop.”

“We’re a family-owned ice cream shop in Bremerton, WA, located at the ferry terminal. A few years back, we purchased an Oscartek display case because of their reputation for quality and design. The machine looks great — but within a couple years, we had multiple issues: thermostat failure, two compressors going out, and a complete shutdown just before the 4th of July. Yes, it was frustrating. Yes, it felt like we got a lemon. But this is where Oscartek showed who they really are. After our second compressor failed — days before our busiest week of the year (Bridge Blast and the 4th) — we were on the verge of disaster. No ice cream in the display case, sales down 30% from last summer, and customers walking into a dark, empty case wondering if we were closing for good. I called Oscartek in a bit of a panic. Instead of brushing me off, they immediately took action. Within 20 minutes, I got a call back from their sales team with their technician on the line. That tech dropped everything, drove to the warehouse, grabbed two new compressors and starters, and shipped them overnight — on their dime. Our local techs installed them the next morning. By nightfall, the case was back up and running just in time for the weekend. Their technician was friendly, professional, and supportive — exactly as our own local techs described him. Even after all the hiccups, Oscartek stood behind their product and stood with us as a small business. They didn’t pass the buck. They didn’t make excuses. They acted fast, took responsibility, and helped save our summer. You don’t see that kind of commitment anymore — especially in 2025. So yeah, maybe the unit had issues, but the company? They’re the real deal. If you’re a small or family-owned shop thinking about where to buy... buy from Oscartek!! Not just for the product — but for the people behind it.”

“Purchased the ILG8SF12V-ST - iLIVING 12" Shutter Exhaust Fan with Thermospeed controller.I am IMPRESSED at how efficiently this unit works. Installation was easy and everything worked as described. What really impresses me is at the low fan speed how efficient this unit moves air. Standing inside the shed with fan on low and doors closed, after about a minute I could feel significant airflow moving towards the fan. The next day the temps were in the 90’s and humid…opened the shed doors around 2pm and was astounded at how nice the temps were versus the outside. I did widen the vent on the opposite end of the shed (10'x12') to its maximum size. Highly recommend this appliance…works BETTER than advertised.”

“What a large variety of products to look at and compare in store, not just online! Two employees helped me find unusual items and walked me to the right aisle and bay, very pleasant. Checkout was straightforward. Highly recommend.”

“Don’t understand why the ratings are so low. I dealt with Jube (sorry if I got name wrong) and set up a scenario for him over phone. Long story short, we moved and wouldn’t be able to deliver same day but he stated so long as we are there next day by 7am(730am cutoff), we’d be squared away. Answered all my questions and took time to answer back despite closing hours (7:57pm call in). Appreciate the team here.”
