Looking to upgrade feed for the wet winter months and they had exactly what I needed at a great price. Like Ken D. I've been buying feed here for over 25 years, and they always have the best selection and quality hay for horses (no black fly) at fair prices. If you haven't been by in a while, Hardware is on another level, all restocked and with hard to find items nobody else carries, (HD & Lowes). Thanks again Ladies! you really are the best. SRW”
“This was my 2nd ever trip to McFadden-Dale... once when i was younger and remember seeing everything on the walls and thinking "man, they have everything", and once today, as an adult. Today I walked in and though "man, they have EVERYTHING"... came in hoping they had a capacitor for my home HVAC system, called a few HVAC places and was told I had to have a contractors license (ugh). Walked into McFadden and asked for a capacitor and they had it IN STOCK and found it in less than 30 seconds. WOW! service is incredible, selection is out of this world, and their prices are reasonable!!! $8.40 for a capacitor that was $9 on amazon, HOW!? This place has everything I want for my home projects and mechanical projects. I'll be back to just browse and get some ideas, even if I don't have a specific task.”

“Imagine stepping back into the past going into an independent auto parts store or Ace Hardware from the Midwest in the 70's. I could easily spend a few hours just wandering the aisles in this store. If you need hardware, stop wasting your time at Lowe's and HD by going to McFadden Dale. They have bolts, tools, safety products and paint accessories, this is a tremendous hardware store that is what a hardware store is supposed to be. The only reason it is 4 stars is customer service can be a little mixed depending on who you ask.”
“Great products with customer service that can't be beat. I emailed them on Friday about a 15 year old vang component that failed. They shipped a replacement at no cost and no questions asked except "What's your address?". New part in hand Monday.”
“7am to 3pm. Loading unloading time. You can park on the street overnight. I saw no parking sign one side of the road but lot's of truck and only trailer parked on the street. If you worried about overnight parking it's all trucking area, you can find parking close by.”
“I go here for all my lumber needs! We can get 24 foot long boards and the fork lifts load it up into our trailer, super easy and helpful. If you drive around to the back, there's a guard gate that will tell you where to park if you have a trailer. I can pick which boards I want or I can have the employees pick it for me and then load it into my trailer which is helpful. You pay at the counter inside, and then go back outside to the load counter and give them your receipt. Everyone is super friendly and helpful though, so if you have questions, just ask! We spoke with Don about a 6 panel front door and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We are just waiting for the right time to order it, but definitely going with Don. Will for sure be back!”

“I recently purchased a Duromax XP15000HXT. It came as promised. I connected a small propaned tank and it started on the 2nd try. After it ran for about 2 hours it began to surge. That was becaused it was cold outside and the propane tank had frozen up. I shut it down and moved it back inside. 3 days later I had decided to finish the break-in period with gasoline until I got larger propane tanks. It tried to start but, immediately stopped. I tried this several times with no luck. I then reconnected the propane tank which naturally had thawed out by then. Same results, it would try to start but, immediately "stumble" and stop and the battery was getting low. I connected a charger to the battery and then I called Duromax service and left a message for them to call me back. While waiting about 20 minutes I decided to go and try it again. Immediately it started and ran on the propane. Then I switched it over to gasoline, waited a few minutes and then I tried again and it immediately started and ran on the gasoline. About 2 hours later I got a call from a representative. After I explained it all he told me that when I change fuels it may take a little time for the electronics to change over. Perhaps I over reacted a little at first but, we have a large Winter storm approaching and most likely we will lose power. Anyway, bottom line is I think it should be put in the instructions or some kind of notice that when the unit is switched from gasoline to propane it may take a little time for the electronics to switch over. However, I am very pleased they returned my call so suddenly.”

“4/10/24 Neat & organized . When you are shopping around for home & gardening stuff, there's Home Depot & Lowe's....then there's either Ace or Harbor Freight. Unfortunately Ace is nowhere near Montclair so we check out this Harbor Freight closest to our home. It's a much smaller scale operation than the 2 big named home stores so the inventory is just as limited. We took a few minutes & saw their kinds of garden hoses & decided we're heading to Lowe's. It's a great store but not for the kind of garden hoses we're looking for.”

“I needed a part to repair my push lawn mower that I couldn't find at the big box stores. I brought in the old part and within 5 minutes had a replacement at an extremely fair price. Even showed me the length compared when he brought it out ( important ).The shop has everything you could need or want from parts such as a throttle cable like I needed to chainsaw chain & blades, plus new equipment. They also offer service for repairs. Nice people too. I've found my new go to for lawn equipment repair as this place is phenomenal!! Centrally located near Tyler Mall which is convenient ❤️❤️”

“After the closure of two saw sharpening places is Chino and Montclair, I found this place. Great fast service for saw sharpening. I take my 12" 100 tooth blades here as well as router bits and miter blades. They even allow me to ship to them.”

“sometimes the sales here are so good, it makes me wonder if this stuff was stolen. 2 pack of Milwaukee 6ah high output batteries for $100. no other vendor has ever even come close to that price. this is just one example. i bought lots of cool stuff herenever had my order cancelled. some other vendors list "deals" hold the money for a week then cancel a whole bunch of orders. never seen it happen here”

“We bought a refrigerator, and we have a Tesla, so there was no way we would bring the refrigerator home in Tesla, so we went to Home Depot to rent a truck from them. It was easy; the only thing you need is your driver's license and your proof of insurance credit card, and you're good. people were highly courteous and showed me the truck. They don't give you any tie-downs or dollies, so make sure you have that arranged before, but overall, the experience was good within two hours. We returned the truck after the delivery. It cost us around 50 bucks, which is not bad. Glad to support my local stores.”
