“Deseree is really awesome, I was In here today for a routine Mail retrieved, and needed to forward my mail. Not only did she exceed expectations, and totally rem I and me what real customer service looks like, I forgot my mail. And she called me to catch me before I got to far. Luckily I was up the street. A.d was able to come get my mail, In which was very important Mail.. if she didn't call me, I would've been in a serious situation. Thank you soooooo much Deseree. CHECK IN WITH GUARD, BUT MOST LIKELY WILL BE ADVISED TO DROP TRAILER ALONG SIDE FENCE LINE. THEN CALL UPS HUB DISPATCH. THEY WILL SEND A YARD TRUCK TO PICK IT UP AND BRING YOU AN EMPTY IF YOU NEED ONE.”

“I was there before opening, the counter agent was professional and opened on time. The process was painless (well almost, 5 boxes weighing 5-7 lbs = $306) But had an early flight to catch and this store was the only one open early and close to the airport. Appreciate that!!”
