“Yikes!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I walked into the store today and there must’ve been seven or more representatives working. Plenty of customers inside, but I didn’t have to wait a minute, and I was being helped by Claudia. Both she and her boss Jose were fantastic! Very professional and were able to help me with my questions concerning my iPad. Jose gave me a great deal on my purchase and Claudia walked me through the rest of the process. They are both to be commended and are definitely an asset to T-Mobile.

“All thanks to Ilina! I went through absolute hell with T-Mobile customer service. Fair warning to anyone facing issues with their system: you will be the one left suffering and paying, as T-Mobile seems designed to avoid taking responsibility for its mistakes. My account was completely messed up due to wrongful extra charges for canceled services, which were even sent to collections. Ilina was the only person willing to unravel a mess that everyone else refused to touch. She stopped the nonsense because she actually knows what she is doing and cares about her clients—unlike the rest of phone customer service.”
