Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. “Working on a gala for a non profit that didn't have enough letterhead and envelopes which I only found out last minute. I walked in with stock, a flash drive, and within 3 hours I had my stock, and the attachments ready to go and approved, and printed without a hitch. Laura Smiley, the manager was super flexible courteous and thoughtful, as was her associate, Ovais Khan, who was so helpful given my urgent need. They also worked with me on the pricing, helping me stay within my budget, since there were several color sides to the solicitation attachment. Worked it out beautifully! I will definitely go back for whatever needs I have in printing and copying. Thank you so much!”

“I have been coming here for years and everyone who has helped has always been super friendly. A few weeks ago though, Nick truly went above and beyond. I showed up with a dozen packages right when they were about to close. The register and lights were already off and he was walking out the door. He offered to stay, but once I told him how many packages I had and that I still needed to handwrite the addresses, he thought of a solution where he could lock up and close the interior gate, but have me leave my packages in the PO box lobby and the shut the lobby door when I was done. I'm pretty sure USPS, Fedex, and UPS wouldn't have been able to provide a win/win solution like that. I'm so glad to have this service in the neighborhood!”
