We reached out to TC about doing three different signs, one large 5ft round Peace Sign with LED lights, three pop-up banners and two small table top pop-ups. “Came here for a LiveScan fingerprint background check. Scheduled an appointment online, was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Recommend calling ahead to let them know you're coming in (I went half an hour before my appointment time and they were happy to serve me). Fingerprints sent to DOJ and results in 15 minutes. Super nice guys and very satisfied. Would recommend coming here for LiveScan! They're also the only location open on Saturdays in the area.”

“Frank (the owner) is a lovely and sweet person. I went there twice, 1) to take my visa photo, 2) to print pamphlets for my organization. He knew in details the requirement for Schengen visa photo and poof the process was only 10 minutes! The pamphlets he printed were high-quality! On top of the quality of his works, Frank is indeed an extraordinary person.My organization runs biodiversity conservation programs with local community in Sulawesi, Indonesia (where I am from), and I could feel at my heart how Frank deeply cares about wildlife and notably people. I planned to print business cards, but because my wallet was lost, I was short in money and only able to print the pamphlets. After learning that I will use them for my presentation in advocating the communities, he then printed some business cards for free for me. I was so touched. I am an international student and he gave me advice on how to be careful in Berkeley. Definitely, this Metro Publishing is a gem, and Frank is definitely someone who is loving and caring about people.”

I walked in with stock, a flash drive, and within 3 hours I had my stock, and the attachments ready to go and approved, and printed without a hitch. Laura Smiley, the manager was super flexible courteous and thoughtful, as was her associate, Ovais Khan, who was so helpful given my urgent need. They also worked with me on the pricing, helping me stay within my budget, since there were several color sides to the solicitation attachment. Worked it out beautifully! “I needed a document notarized and overnited to a title company in Washington. I found the closest UPS store in the Richmond Marina area and called. Voice mail. You know it's not going to get answered when they ask you to leave the date and time you called. Surprise, they never called me back. Instead, I headed over to see them in person. No notary there and they were not sure when she would be there. Great. From the parking lot, I called the UPS store off San Pablo. They answered and were ready to help. In about 10 minutes, I pulled up in front. Fantastic service. Very fun to talk to and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.”
