Always a good experience. Chris H is a great service advisor! I also like the video they send you of your car while it is being worked on. Wait time isn't bad, and loaner cars are available if you need it.

Best experience I've had at a dealership. We traded in our old 2013 Hyundai for a new CX50 and the process was seamless. The staff was organized. Garrett was awesome!Thank you Elk Grove Mazda!

I would highly recommend the service department I always go to them to get my oil changed and other services and I always get top top tier fast service & Jackson is always so helpful & gives me great tips as to what I need done for my next visit. Great customer service, go check them out!
