The employees here (special shoutout to Jaq and Sarah) were very knowledgeable and helped recommend some awesome things for our dog. I highly recommend getting your dog vaccinated here & browsing around after. I saw them helping another family find some stuff as well- it's so nice to see employees engaging with customers in such a helpful and supportive way. We will definitely be coming back for our final round of shots and look forward to seeing the team again :)

And let me tell you her attitude didn't change -- was the same before and after. The only place I will ever take her is to see Judy at the Duckpond! VERY reasonable rates and the love and attention is as if the dog was hers. It may be a distance to drive there but it is totally worth it. I always had peace of mind that my pup was OK even without cameras like most places give you access to. Truly a 5 star (and then some) experience!

The veterinarians at Laguna Creek, as well as all of the other staff, were very kind both to our cats and to us as we made the heartbreaking decision for euthanasia. They are an extremely kind and gentle group of people and I would never hesitate to bring a pet here for care.

She had received no medical care following her previous veterinarian's retirement during the pandemic and my difficulty obtaining a new one due to the shortage of veterinarians accepting new patients during the past few years. We discussed Maggie's history of a chronic medical condition and her previous treatment, her current symptoms and her need to be brought up to date with her routine health care. Dr Chen listened carefully to everything I said, evaluated her needs and developed a treatment plan. I was impressed by his medical expertise and, most of all, by his ability to empathize. I feel I have a new partner in her care. Thank you Dr Chen!

He's in such high demand that he only walks dogs in Laguna West. He was SO prompt in his reply and professional. When my dog and I met him for our complimentary meet and greet a few days later, he was very polite, gentle, and calm with my dog as she is usually friendly but anxious-shy with anyone new right off the bat. He spends a full 30min with your dog during the walk rain or shine, and he charges the lowest rates I've seen with all the dog walkers in the area. He doesn't ask for much because he does it genuinely to help out us humans. He is very prompt with communication, easy to reach via phone and has demonstrated trustworthy qualities from the start.Support your local dog walker. I love that all of his earnings go towards him and not some nebulous company, and I always try to tip. I definitely recommend him for anyone with dogs needing walking or running. He didn't have to run my dog, but he so graciously did. Eric also sent me pics of my pup while I was at work and that gave me total peace of mind. So, a few months ago we had ordered a half combo/ half Maui Wowie for pick up, when we got home we noticed the pineapples were missing. We called and the owner was apologetic and willing to remedy the issue, unfortunately it would have been a 20 min drive back, so we said it was fine and just wanted to let them know. But, the owner insisted on getting my name and number, so that next time he would make it right. Well when I went to pickup the pizza tonight the owner was assisting me and I ask him if he could make sure all the ingredients, especially the pineapples were there. I explained what had happened before and to my surprise he remembered and retrieved a note by the cash register with my name and number. He then proceeded to discount my order, I really appreciate that after 2 months he remembered and was still willing to honor the remedy to our issue. Not many places will do that for you. Fat Mike's will be my go to pizza place because the food is great and the business is very honest and willing to make accommodate their customers.

The food comes out "slowly" because it's all actually cooked well. The sushi is pretty fresh, not overly fancy like trendier places, with a good amount of rice. We went right before they opened for lunch on Saturday and there was already a small line at the door. They took a few to go orders while we were there. The servers were super nice and attentive despite it being pretty busy. They clearly have a lot of loyal regulars that they remember. We can't wait to come again and be regulars too!

The ambiance is that of a cafe where they welcome in people to sit and even do work! (saw some people on their laptops). They took our orders quickly and the drinks and pastry came out fairly quick. I got a coffee with sea salt cream and my gf got an ube latte. We saw that they had a coconut pandan cookie that looked pretty tasty so we added that to our order. The drinks tasted great and wasn't just sugar. The cookie was also fantastic and its portion size was perfect as a snack for both my gf and me. I'd recommend this place for anyone who is a coffee lover! Check it out
