“The Kohl’s department store in Elk Grove has clothes, shoes, household items, home decorations, jewelry, small appliances, and cookware in different sections.The good thing is I can get everything I need in one store. But the store is big and not focused on the item that I may need more information or talk to a professional or get advice.The store is clean and the employees at the cashier counter are fast and friendly. The parking lot is not busy. I can get parking near the store easily.”

Showed me how to properly clean eye glasses and saved me money. He also, informed me I had astigmatism. Something, my Dr never informed me of. Overall, he is a ten plus on customer service and his attitude shows it.”
“This target location is very convenient. There is also a Starbucks inside which is a 2 for 1 for me. The employees are always kind and there is a good selection of just about everything (clothes, food, bath items etc. I rarely have to ask for things from the back or a different location. Target is getting a bit pricey but I like to pay for convenience and quality.”

If you don't expect the royal treatment, you may walk out with more than you expected. “The bed and the recliner we purchased at the Elk Grove location were both very comfortable and worth the money we spent. The sales lady was very friendly and offered lots of information about the merchandise and the available discounts. We were very happy our two purchases. The only thing that we were unhappy about was the way a manager spoke to my wife. The manager was very rude and obviously didn't care if we bought our items from Big Lots or not.”
