“We live super close to this location so mostly here on the weekends whenever we need to buy something new. Their collection is different every-time we go & they tend to have a huge variety most of the time. At the same time, they always have some kind of sale or 50% off etc. going on to attract the customers, deff makes us walk in to the store every-time we’re in the plaza!The staff is always super nice at the location & everybody is helpful.”
“Went into the store yesterday looking for new pants for my kid who just experienced a massive growth spurt - it's been tough finding baggy pants in his size (small waist, super long legs). Patrick noticed me flailing, and took over in the best possible way. Connected with my son, really listened to the vibe he was going for, convinced him to try on some stuff that he would have immediately shot down if I had been the one to suggest it, and was genuinely invested in making him feel confident in his decisions. We ended up with two pairs of pants and a shirt, and my kid couldn't be happier. Patrick, I can't thank you enough - you really made our day!”

“Nice big and clean store. Staff were friendly. We bought 8 pieces of clothing and we were planning to split the load to carry them to the car without buying a shopping bag. The worker gave us a large bag and after we told him we didn’t pay for it, he gestured it’s ok. Great service.”

“The men’s store is literally separated from the women’s and children’s shop by two stores, and are not connected. Perhaps it’s the prevailing style trend but I didn’t see a lot of colors in the stores. A lot of blacks, greys, blues and some earth tones and pastels. The women’s store definitely looked like they had more attractive sales. Please add some seating for the non-shopping spouses.”
“I had such a great experience at the Emeryville Levi’s store! One of the girls who helped me was amazing, she made everything so easy, and was super helpful. Shopping for jeans can sometimes be stressful, but she made it such a positive experience. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”

“I went there today need to find a specific type color n size of hoodie, all of the employee that I Spock with were nice and friendly. Store were organized like usual. Old Navy good and great place always !
At the cashier section onw of the staff “Dalyia” she very helpful helped me to look for the item on the website and called another employee which she helped me found the right size to try it out ( unfortunately didn’t get her name of the seconde person ) but she was great too. There were another employee I think she was the shift manger she answer the question explained about the shipment process if I want to pick the item.Thanks for all of the staff ??”
